They made claims that they had a roommate who can testify to Wade & Willis living together. That was a lie! They made many claims in their original filings that simply were NOT true and therefore Fani shouldn’t have to pay. The stupid judge allow this chaos in his courtroom, maybe he should pay for it or the actual criminals who stopped their own trial based on nothing but lies to the court in order to go on a witch-hunt of the prosecution.

She can’t even tell the truth about why she was allowed to resign or the circumstances surrounding the resignation. She and Fani weren’t friends. She made it see like the told each other secrets like high school besties. That couldn’t have been further from the truth..At first she said it was before 11 of 2021…. That Wade and Willis were romantically linked. Later on she says she doesn’t remember the month or the year 😂😂😂. Yeah she’s disgruntled…and lied because she lost her job.

The question was asked did she have issues with Willis spending of grant funds she responded No. I don't believe her yes and no answers because she testified they were talking in the office around 2019 and 2020 when DA Willis told her. But Willis wasn't DA until January 1, 2021. Perjury occurred wondering if Judge McAfee recognize contradictory testimony. None of which is conflict of interest causing harm to any co-defendants.

I think at this point it’s gone too far to throw out entirely. I believe that if Fanni Willis was disqualified the state of Georgia would still be obligated to appoint a new prosecutor because the DA breaching her duties would not automatically mean the case she brought was without merit. But I’m not sure and not a real lawyer, I just wish I could be one.
The case is NOT tainted. At most change the legal team. A Grand Jury indicted the 19 people and they should stand trial.
She’s just testifying that Willis has lied in court!

Genuine friends are the ones you meet during school days, never at work. Your best bet is to treat your work friends as associates only. It's only temporary.

Secondly where do you get the information that the accuser was fired for incompetence, or is that an assumption? Who is jumping to conclusions?

Just a note, that it’s terrible what happened to this woman. She lost a long time, friendship, apparently over her desire to keep things in the office honest, compared to Fanni who was using her job to fund her lavish vacations, in addition to hiring her boyfriend over others that worked in the office. It was a bad office setting for everyone.

Yerti was forced to testify. I listened to the hearing when the judge was deciding which subpoenas to quash. Her suboena was not quashed. Why would you knowingly commit perjury? The penalty for perjury far outweighs any satisfaction you would get from sticking it to someone who fired you. No one is that bitter.

All of it, the whistleblower's conversation with Willis, the hearing dealing with the motions to quash subpoenas of Wade, Willis, Willis' bodyguards, Bradley, Yerti were all available if you cared to listen. I learned long ago not to trust news organizations on either side of the political spectrum they were labeled as because they have gone from news reporting to narrative shapers.

Her first instinct was to lie about why she resigned. And if the defense had not pressured her during cross, she wouldn’t have been honest about it at all.
These insurrectionist put out a lot of lies regarding their findings, to smear Fani & Wade, but more importantly they’ve also lied to the court. Saying they had proof of these facts to support their accusations when really, they were hoping the judge would grant them permission to be on a fact finding expedition in real time.
Lucky the judge didn’t allow that but the damage is already done just by allowing them to LIE in getting their motion to disqualify accepted in the first place.
Imagine that. Allowing the criminals in your court to lie about having evidence about the prosecution to only find they not only don’t have any evidence of this but they want your permission to find it or anything else they can to smear them and distract the court from prosecuting them…the criminals!!!

(her testimony) Willis who has a protective detail, which would have transferred to the condo, did not remove the threat by moving to the Condo. If the employees condo, was obtained after the employee commenced work, and Willis takes over this Condo, then Willis is using a bogus address not for safety, (as she left her family and father in danger in her home (known to criminal gangs) but as a love nest in one employee name so she can engage in shenanigans with another employee.
