No one would be "let" out of prison. More than likely an incarcerated individual's attorney file for review. That could involve many agencies including the AG of Georgia or a special review board. With thousands sitting in jail waiting for court dates. That is the biggest concern.

Misuse of gov funds is a big no no. Sometimes it can happen by accident where no one knowingly or maliciously misuses the money. But, this situation is different because the issue was brought to light so if any misuse of these funds happened afterwards OR if there was retribution, then those are equally bad.

Misuse of gov funds is a big no no. Sometimes it can happen by accident where no one knowingly or maliciously misuses the money. But, this situation is different because the issue was brought to light so if any misuse of these funds happened afterwards OR if there was retribution, then those are equally bad.
Sounds like the corruption runs deep in the Fulton County DAs office. There should be an investigation of all the funds that have dispersed and a complete audit. Fani and her last vet should be disqualified and the cases should be dismissed. The entire process had been tainted.

Whether she broke the law is up to a court to decide. Her ethics while holding such a position should definitely disqualify her. As an attorney she should have gone with no answer. Her behavior on the stand was just ghetto for lack of a better word…

The same lockbox she used to pay Nate with it. She admitted to only having 1 box so she used campaign cash for her vacations.

1. If she sticks to her story then she's committed campaign finance fraud
