Virgin 360.the best by far
Virgin wanted to leave me without broadband or tv for a month because they were too busy.Opted for BT in the end - hope that is not a mistake

Been with them for over 6 years never had a problem - great customer service, great deals and connections etc work fine. As for this video...
i have been with them 10 years plus with no issues, the last 2 and they have been awful ,and make it very hard to cancel there service being over a month trying and over 6 hours on hold.
