Sorry to know that you have connectivity and speed issues. Actual speeds depend up on many factors including the exact location. Some homes indeed get speeds higher then 100Mbps even during peak times. Please read Ofcom broadband performance report 2021 for exact figures.
Personally, I think care in the community is a good thing... UA-cam should showcase more content makers with learning difficulties
