I had previously been exploring Dubai and visited the Dubai Mall, Burj Al Arab, JBR beach, Palm Jumeriah, and also the Aquaventure waterpark.

They charged 20. You just need to return it within 45min. Then you can take it again. I think it is so that people dont keep them too long and the batteries die
