Arma 3 - Old Man Speedrun (

I haven't looked for other faster speedruns, there probably is some ridiculously faster one.
2:18 - Disabling the HMGs is necessary to get over the bridge reliably, because the bullets penetrate to the driver from the rear and the AI shoots through smoke. I fumble approaching the HMG to shoot out the tires a little bit. It's possible to get an AT weapon and disable the Ifrit, but I found shooting the tires is fastest.
6:20 - I fumble shooting the HMG gunner, not realizing he was down at first
6:46 - I accidentally approach the plane from the wrong side
7:57 - Flying directly to Tuvanaka is possible, but most of the time results in being shot down. Circling around uses time but has the best alignment. In theory, it should be possible to lob the bomb unguided using instruments and pre-calculating the release point, but the AA may have that covered.
10:44 - I eject too early and have to run to Miller's area trigger instead of depositing myself on top with the ejection seat.

honestly this whole campaign is broken, it feels like so little effort was put into defending certain areas, especially the main island

the entire game goes into shock when you have too much stuff going on, even with the devs trying to cache offscreen units and stuff through dynamic simulation, it's unfortunate how poorly optimized the game is, I hope BIS can figure out how to straighten things out in Arma 3 or Arma 4

Completely and utterly unrelated to this speedrun, but thank for clarifying on a lot of the gaslighting that comes from the community about what the ai can see through.
This game did come out in 2013 but really the ai's perception should be occluded better by things that occlude the player's perception. I don't know what it was but a few years ago the game was patched and the ai had less human perception through various things than it had before effectively making them more like terminators than humans.
