@@Johnny-rj9onI’m a bit of a snob admittedly and would probably never buy a hi-point other then a yeet cannon(I mean it says yeet cannon on it) but they are absolutely dependable I recommend them to my friends who ain’t really into guns but just wants something around the house just in case I also take them to the range with my more expensive toys that are 200-600 more then a hi point so they can decide if the price fits they’re needs.

Awesome. Can’t wait to trick out mine. Polishing the ramp and rounding off the transition into the chamber fixed any jamming that I encountered with some ammo. They are heavy and ugly but they go bang and are very accurate.
I got the same one haven't shot it yet but not a hi point guy first one any advice on ammo or this polishing and round off do u use sand paper or a Dremel also I had double feeding issue I'm using cci blazer 180 grain

I have had good luck with Sellier & Bellot FMJs and Winchester Silvertip JHPs. The barrel work helped with keeping Sig V-Crowns from getting three point jams. I haven’t had any double feeds, that might be a magazine issue. My magazines have worked fine so I haven’t touched them. Good Luck!

@@tmr8193 Just because they're ugly doesn't mean they're garbage. I've seen less Hi Point jams than Glocks. Every week there's a new bodycam video on youtube of a police officer's Glock malfunctioning. Lots of people still seem to praise Glocks though. Not sure why.
PLENTY of videos on here have PROVEN that High points are NOT as bad as people say... Now they are no Glock or XD BUT for the price they are actually not too bad....
