    Fascinating! :) I can imagine it`s quite a daunting task to get to grips with renting in an unfamiliar country - booking a hotel is bad enough!! :)

    Thank you for such a useful video! And I also have question about the contract, is it signed before the person pays money or vise versa?

    • @ByMagdaYT
      @ByMagdaYT  Рік тому

      You should pay after signing the contact (otherwise you have no guarantee you'll ever see the flat)

    Thanks so much for your video. If I am to ask about the Excel sheet, should I ask HR or my dept.? And how shall I actually refer to this sheet so they know what I am talking about? 😊 Love your videos.

    This might be a long shot but you've mentioned about searching rooms/apartments 2-3 months prior
    Do you know from others experience if they managed to do so being outside Luxembourg and reserving it UNTIl they come to Luxembourg?

    • @ByMagdaYT
      @ByMagdaYT  2 роки тому +1

      yes, that's how it works for most of the people but you have to pay and sign the contract which means it's better to do so with agency that is legit so you know you won't be scammed

    • @ByMagdaYT
      @ByMagdaYT  2 роки тому +2

      @@-horapolice4309 aaa ok in this sense I would say it depends on your needs, your salary and if you live in Lux or cross borders - not everyone wanna live in the house, some people enjoy living in apartment, other don't have choice and can't even afford buying one. Luxembourg is definitely on higher end with real estate with prices but you can also rent out decent apartments/houses without buying them, they don't have to be a cell - example the room I'm renting is 16m2 it's the biggest from all rooms I've ever had in my renting life 🤷
