my daugher is mute for she has autism, 15 years old, Ive been watching Jack for about 5 years? something like that last year i let my daughter watch Jack with me cause she was having one of her bad days where she would cry and get upset immediately she was smiling just that screaming had her in fits and she was demanding more, whenever she gets home from school we have to watch you if you haven’t uploaded yet we go back to some old videos. You’ve really made my daughters day somedays she knows she different and she gets upset but you have given her that bit of comfort so thank you jack❤️

It was one of the worst years of my life but discovering Jack around that time really took my mind off things. So I'm not missing the horrible times, I'm missing that distracted, relieved feeling.
I found him in like... 2015 or 16? And 2017-2018 was a horrible year for me and hes genuinely what kept me alive. So the series in that year hold such a special place in my heart. But I also went back and watched many other series from previous years and those hold such a special place for me too. He was very right about us being nostalgic for how we felt. While I love his old videos I’m thrilled he’s happier and more comfortable now. It’s such an interesting notion that we’re not only nostalgic for the videos but for how we felt which is what really puts emphasis behind our love for a period on the channel

Here’s what I think about Sean. I have been a massive fan since my youngest son showed me his channel over eight years ago, way before the beloved green hair period. My two sons and I found great comfort and humor in watching Jacksepticeye, especially during some very difficult years dealing with their monster of a father. Sean was able to make us forget about the horror that we were going through and for that I am eternally grateful. I think Sean is profusely kind, caring, humble and loving. He has a tremendous heart and beautiful soul. Now, many years later and being free from “the monster “, my boys and I and my daughter in law (who was already a fan) still benefit from watching his videos. He is extraordinarily talented and funny as well as making you feel like you are the only one watching and he’s making these videos for you. I love him beyond words and cannot thank him enough for being the man he is. God bless
Thing about the accent: mimicry is actually something we all do subconsciously because, as humans, we're social creatures and mimicry helps us to better "fit in" with a group. It's good for group cohesion.
Honestly I kinda hate it. For some reason my mimic thing decides to be a little bit more than it should be, so much so that sometimes people think I am mocking them. Usually when I explain it, they get it, but at the same time, I just wish I wouldn't do it at all.
Whenever I watch British people (either on UA-cam or TV) my speech patterns become much more English. I start pronouncing and spelling things different, and I accidentally slip into a English accent entirely (especially in my thoughts).
I kinda have this weird thing where whenever I start watching one UA-camr constantly, as like the main thing that I watch, I just start talking like them in real life, and using their humor, and just kinda doing their thing. It’s really weird, but right now I don’t have one big UA-camr that’s like my main person, so I don’t really do that anymore.
It's always so funny to me, that there are people who are like "I miss this jacksepticeye, I miss that jacksepticeye" meanwhile I'm sitting here "was he ever gone? Might have missed that."
It’s usually when people take breaks from watching someone, every difference that slowly evolves video by video is seen all at one, so they think of it as a new version of him instead of the small changes they’ve been seeing in previous and continuously watched videos.

I am still happy now but life was so easy back then and everything was so happy and just looking back makes me happy but Sean has grown so much and his channel had improved so much that I do not wish to go back but it does make me so happy to look back on those times.

Actually my friend has that same problem with accents ever since she moved here. She has a very strong welsh accent but everyone in my city has the typical American/ Canadian accent and they always pointed out her accent whenever she let it slip. For the last 8 years I’ve known her, she hides it and it’s kind of sad since she doesn’t want to bring attention to herself for having a different accent. It’s nice when she lets it slip when she’s around a few close friends though

I feel like we grew up together. Not that we were friends, or that we knew each other, but Jack is only a few years older than me, so my tastes sort of matched his content as time went on. Energetic and shout-y was good when I was younger, and now that I’m older and more mellow, I appreciate the more comfortable, relaxed Jack. So thanks for the opportunity to grow together, Jack :) It’s been fun, and I look forward to the future!
Same except that I do frequently go back and rewatch old favorite series (I rewatch the entirety of Subnautica at least once a year, for example) and I do definitely still enjoy the excited and shouty green-hair Jack. But I also like the fact that Jack himself seems more comfortable and honestly happier with who he is nowadays over back then, so this version is better by default just for that.

There's no shame in your accent changing naturally, even if the original accent is really awesome. If you think about it, your choice of words, your tone of voice and your accent are all influenced by the people you spend the most time with. I think it's beautiful that our family and friends are reflected in the way we speak.
After watching this, I feel like, if I ever went on to try and be a youtuber, I'd simultaneously make 0 mistakes in my first video and still make the absolute CRINGIEST thing to show up that year on the platform.

I found him in like... 2015 or 16? And 2017-2018 was a horrible year for me and hes genuinely what kept me alive. So the series in that year hold such a special place in my heart. But I also went back and watched many other series from previous years and those hold such a special place for me too. He was very right about us being nostalgic for how we felt. While I love his old videos I’m thrilled he’s happier and more comfortable now. It’s such an interesting notion that we’re not only nostalgic for the videos but for how we felt which is what really puts emphasis behind our love for a period on the channel

Here’s what I think about Sean. I have been a massive fan since my youngest son showed me his channel over eight years ago, way before the beloved green hair period. My two sons and I found great comfort and humor in watching Jacksepticeye, especially during some very difficult years dealing with their monster of a father. Sean was able to make us forget about the horror that we were going through and for that I am eternally grateful. I think Sean is profusely kind, caring, humble and loving. He has a tremendous heart and beautiful soul.
Now, many years later and being free from “the monster “, my boys and I and my daughter in law (who was already a fan) still benefit from watching his videos. He is extraordinarily talented and funny as well as making you feel like you are the only one watching and he’s making these videos for you. I love him beyond words and cannot thank him enough for being the man he is. God bless

Honestly I kinda hate it. For some reason my mimic thing decides to be a little bit more than it should be, so much so that sometimes people think I am mocking them.
Usually when I explain it, they get it, but at the same time, I just wish I wouldn't do it at all.
Whenever I watch British people (either on UA-cam or TV) my speech patterns become much more English. I start pronouncing and spelling things different, and I accidentally slip into a English accent entirely (especially in my thoughts).
I kinda have this weird thing where whenever I start watching one UA-camr constantly, as like the main thing that I watch, I just start talking like them in real life, and using their humor, and just kinda doing their thing. It’s really weird, but right now I don’t have one big UA-camr that’s like my main person, so I don’t really do that anymore.
It's always so funny to me, that there are people who are like "I miss this jacksepticeye, I miss that jacksepticeye" meanwhile I'm sitting here "was he ever gone? Might have missed that."

The funny thing is, this subscribe pitch actually worked for me.
Actually my friend has that same problem with accents ever since she moved here. She has a very strong welsh accent but everyone in my city has the typical American/ Canadian accent and they always pointed out her accent whenever she let it slip. For the last 8 years I’ve known her, she hides it and it’s kind of sad since she doesn’t want to bring attention to herself for having a different accent. It’s nice when she lets it slip when she’s around a few close friends though

Energetic and shout-y was good when I was younger, and now that I’m older and more mellow, I appreciate the more comfortable, relaxed Jack.

There's no shame in your accent changing naturally, even if the original accent is really awesome. If you think about it, your choice of words, your tone of voice and your accent are all influenced by the people you spend the most time with.
