Thank you so much for your review, I was also very tempted b/c I love powder foundation, and this was so hyped up, and yes it’s also so overpriced it’s ridiculous. I knew I often cannot find a shade in L’Oreal foundations whether powder or liquid, so this is the final nail in that urge to try this one for me. Typically my best/favourite powder foundation sets itself nicely even without setting powder, if I only need about 3 hours of great wear for a quick errand/dining out, it’s the only thing I put on. Priming & powdering will help my oily areas look more together for a whole day and yes I mean 24 hours. A bit of blotting every 3-4 hours will take the shine away and it’d look fresh again, with minimal transfer.

Hey Carol ❤️ powder foundations are lighter in the pan than liquid foundations. There are only 16 shades in this collection which isn't enough for everyone to try sadly. The coverage is true medium it can be built up but it does transfer. I tried it with my mattifying setting sprays the wet n wild matte (my favorite) the Milani make it last and the UD all nighter

Thank you for testing these shades as I was curious! The last shade looks great when applied and I heart your testing of these products. I wish L'oreal would keep considtency in names. I use and love the Pro matte foundation and powder in caramel beige and golden beige (600), respectively . My coloring is more golden so I am thinking that the first shade would work for me as the second looked hella ashy.
I’m using a pro matte 24h L’Oréal liquid with red cap & it isn’t working for me. Diesnt blend well. & poor Mach shade which isn’t their fault but contributes to my dislike of it. It does feel nice on sun, I don’t like a heavy feeling liquid, this doesn’t jshe my skin feel like it cant breathe. But it doesn’t spread or blend well, & it says full coverage but I would say for my acne scars, hyperpigmentation , etc, it is medium to medium high coverage. If I try to build it up, it looks Cakey. New here, enjoyed your L’Oréal matte lip range review & this review. Like ur style , & the good views of how things look.
This foundation had good coverage, but the shades are weirdly chalky. I normally wear Sand in all their foundations, but it had a whitish cast. I tried shades above and below it but still weird and couldn't find a close enough match🤦🏻♀️
I think the lighter one did look very good on you and it did oxidize in the evening. The newest powder you got is nice too, maybe you can combine the 2 and it will all work out. Your eyeshadow does look beautiful.
Even though its a powder foundation, we still need to set it with a translucent setting powder and makeup setting spray because it's not an 'oil controlling' powder. It's just a foundation in a powder form, that's all..
I also had to buy 3 shades before I found a good one for me! They pull really light. I hate wasting makeup so I decided to keep all 3 them and use them strategically. Really great for when I am in a hurry and need COVERAGE
Thank you for this review. I have extremely oily skin and drug store foundation just doesn't work for me. I used to use KVD tattoo foundation before they changed there formula and I lived it. Next I'm going to try Estee Lauder double wear foundation. It is supposed to be the best on the market for oily skin.
KVD was the BOMB!! It was so amazing that it looked like I had a make-up artist BEAT my face but when they changed the formula, it was trash. I haven't been able to find any make-up to duplicate it.
You are gorgeous, love your natural skin and this foundation! Wanted to say, always brush up on your neck and face, gravity is not your friend and it will prevent wrinkles to go up, and towards your nose around the eyes...🥰😍
I love this stuff but you’re right, they need to expand the shade range. I’m a medium with pink undertones and they have nothing to match so I use sand but then bring it to my tone with some bronzer and blush. I’m a pretty oily person and I haven’t had any issues with getting too shiny. If I feel it’s going to be an extra shiny day, I just add a little It Bye Bye Pores powder.

When I used this foundation alone, I wasn't blown away. When I used it as a setting powder over Ester Lauder double wear it was much better. I used a big powder brush to apply.

Hi ive been using this for 2 months but i dont get a good coverage as urs. I wonder what went wrong. My usual routine is putting on toner, moisturiser and a foundation cream followed by this loreal infallible powder. Is my technique wrong? Could u pls advice? You can try wearing it on top of liquid foundation (the loreal one since you like that one, me too haha) 🤷♀️ that's what I want to do.

Tried it several times. Doesn't work w/ my large pores. It emphasized the pores even more. Gr8 review. I got same results like U did.
