We didn't use skimmer and in chennai they setup Marine fish tank for 25000 Rs...But ours is a low budget because it was our old fish tank and cost was very less..below 5000
Depends what kind of a tank whether it's FOWLR or a REEF if it's an REEF tank then 2.5 is justifying with a chiller and good medias... generally speaking a 1.5 feet cube with stand, light for marine , live sand , ocean rocks, reef salt, bubble magus skimmer sump would cost you around 20k in kolkata that too everything is on DIY basis if you go with the professionals they will charge you 33k for a 2/1.5/1.5 tank without skimmer (skimmers that actually do work for an 100 litre tank will cost you close to 8k imported ones)

Also that guys says 1 lac, 2 lac and above you need to spend.. Bogus!!! you can try Percula, tomato or oscilaris clown fishes, blue tangs, and some more you can try . Never buy Angel, Butterfly, neon gobies, dr wrasse. They will die in 1 to 2 weeks

You shouldn’t add so many fish in such a small system! That yellow butterfly needs alot of swimming space a 100gallon is also not enough for it and clowns can be territorial! Invertibrates are fine!

Skimmer is not necessary unless your ammonia nitrite and nitrate are in control. If your filter media is well established then for a pair fish you definitely don't need a skimmer

I see one big problem and potentially another one. First, when did you cycle your tank? Second, the tank is way too small for that butterfly fish. It requires at least a 50 gallon tank. Yours is not that big.

We should buy the anemone after the tank is matured it will take 6 to 13 months for the tank to mature . In that 6 to 12 months we can add the fishes but not the anemones
Technical there is no specific numbers of day, for the tank to get mature. This is all idiots talks from brands to push their products .. like put this product so that your tank will bloom up and all that

Eventually the ammonia and nitrates will increase if not maintained properly and since it lacks protein skimmer and good filtration..
Bio media & filtration would not be enough although the sand could help
