After months of saving, I finally turned my bonus room into a bedroom! I really wanted a space of my own, and instead of moving out, my family agreed to let me do some minor renovations... WHICH WAS LIT. Cause now I'm a happy camper, and I have my own space :)

I binged watched like 20 room makeovers and literally everyone has the same white "aesthetic " bedroom what happened to bedrooms being your space and not just what everyone else is doing on Instagram UA-cam and pinterest lol

U can like the same thing as other people just because her room looks similar to other rooms on UA-cam does not mean that she only made her room look like this because of views. You do not know her personally so u don’t know what she likes or doesn’t like. She probably took Inspo from other rooms that she liked.

I love how the room came out! I especially love the mirror! I added a large mirror to my room and it makes my room look so much bigger and more open. I even handmade a faux stone accent wall in my video!

Hellfire YT oh haha it’s more of a dark green than blue. But kind of like a dark turquoise. It’s kind of a hard colour to describe!
the thing is, i love interior design and i want to pursue it in the future BUT my room is so small that i can fit a couch and a bed in it which SUCKS so bad because i would love to have a really nice/big space to work with and decorate to my hearts content but i cant and it REALLY frustrates me ugh
I feel like designing a small room to be aesthetic and functional would be a cool challenge!! I remember one of the “ToThe9s” girls did a small room tour and it was super nice!! Maybe you can pull some inspiration from that until you get a bigger room! Good luck!!
