I had this issue too. I actually contacted Astro as I was extremely disappointed that the $550 headset died so quickly but thankfully it was within warranty and they sent me a new one. Which had just died (granted been a year or so) and that’s why I’m at this video. Won’t be buying Astro again that’s for sure.

Like the headset icon. The 4 bars indicate how much Battery you have. Do I need to update it? Because it didn’t do it in a while lol. I just turn off/on the headset and the base station lights get back up.

Wow my A50x just did the no power issue also. I think it was because it went into sleep mode when powerd on still. I left mine idle only to come back and they were locked off. Held down Game volume and the cycle button and they came right back on. No issues so far. First video I watched also, thanks for the information!
@@omairsbukaili1466 they determined it was defective. I had to harass them every day until they agreed to send it back to them for I can get a replacement. I got my replacement yesterday. I haven't tried it yet.

Nothing works. I just got mine and the charging dock works, the software says it's charged, the blue light is on the headset, but when I remove it from the dock. The light goes out and my pc detects them and I can change the volume but there's no sound. I never had them working. Spent hours looking for a fix

aight so I did this right, and it fixed the issue after maybe 4-5 hard resets. But few hours later it all happened again and I had to hard reset it multiple times. so this is just a temporary fix for a few hours for me, any ideas what is causing this ?

Try this and if doesn't work then try just pressing the voice one a lot and the game one (just randomly spam, I just pressed the voice one after a lot and it started working)

It worked! Amazing... my dock kept spinning refusing to charge the headphones. I restarted it like this, it turned the headphones on in a few seconds.
