These are the videos I love and like to see. So comforting (talking softly in a reassuring way) and the sounds/movements are so relaxing. It makes me feel safe watching these videos like a butterfly type feeling. So many triggers in addition to such good reiki. As reiki masters we can send it to the past, the future, etc. I can feel the energy that you are sending to us.
