This is my favorite ASMR trigger so I am super excited to weave it into an energy work session for you. Hope you enjoy the gentle sweeping and intentions as much as I do.

This may help when you have an attack, picture a place that's special to you, then place people you love animals, actor's, fantasy characters in your special place, now when you have an attack imagine them in your special place looking at you and cheering you on saying they love you and you can beat this your beautiful and strong and will not surrender, now that you have pictured this in your mind you can use this when you feel an attack approaching or use it any time you want 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍👍🏽🤍

Lune, after crawling out of the darkest chapters of my story.... I want to feel "whole" again too....there are moments where I feel like I'm getting traction, and there are days where I don't want to get out of bed. The Universe is inherently cruel and unforgiving, yet somehow, humans are able to live beneath a fragile atmosphere that protects us, and we are kept warm by the sun. So I am grateful for that. And the crystals that we collect were formed under the the most violent of conditions of temperature and pressure. This is inspirational to me- the highest form of order is derived from totally chaotic conditions. I wish I could ease your suffering, but maybe I could inspire you. Another way of saying, "you will walk away from this stronger" is similar from the lesson of the the Universe- (counterintuitively), some of the highest forms of order are derived from chaotic conditions. Hang in there- you'll be fine!❤❤❤
