For each level of Reiki the initiate receives a recorded lecture to watch at their own time, a personal attunement video, and an optional live Zoom meeting to go over any submitted Qs as well as a Reiki share with the group of all levels. Certificate is mailed via USPS.

I lost my mom less than 12 hours ago, and I wanted to say thank you for posting this. I really enjoyed the snapping aspect of the video, just something pretty neat about it!

I find it relaxing.
Tingles are the goal. The sounds reminds me of when I was a boy staying at my grandparents house. They lived on a busy street that had traffic throughout the night. I heard the traffic during my sleep while visiting. For some reason, it doesn't seem like noise to me, but a reminder of a golden moment in time.

Jillian, a couple of thoughts. First, I love this video. I love the finger snapping to clear the negative energy, and the general way this feels (supportive and caring). I love the lower lighting, your gentle voice. Great video. Second, I was looking at the comments. This video is from two years ago, yet people are still commenting on it. Some are finding it for the first time. Some are returning over and over. To me, this is a huge testament to the impact you have on people. We all love and respect you and we so appreciate your dedication to sharing your energy healing. You make a huge, positive difference. Thank you, beautiful soul. You are special and appreciated.

36:40 to 37:12 got me GOOD. had me completely in your grasp, entirely affixed, i could *feel* those hands on my softened soul... as much as i love ASMR, it's rarely able to be much more than just relaxing to me, but this video and especially that timestamp really got me completely feeling it

EDIT: It gets better..... The way you pluck. I battle anxiety, depression, PTSD, BPD, OCPD, Agoraphobia, over-stimulation (sensory oriented), being physically mean to myself in the past, I'm disabled w an autoimmune disease n health is horrid...I have been sick my whole life...I suffered trauma from 15yrs old to 34 yrs old....I have a Psychologist...I'm in a better place these days after 4 years...but I still find every day exhausting n feel as though I can't escape myself/life. Sincerely, my words fail me..... I've never felt this way....tingles, peace, quiet. Thank you.
