Dodge shocked the world with the over 700 HP Hellcat in 2015, not looking to out muscled by rivals, the 2019 SRT Redeye takes the 808 HP 6.2L Supercharged V8 from the Demon and increases the top speed from 168 to 203 MPH! The result is a muscle car that can do 0-60 in 3.4 seconds and cover the quarter mile in 10.8 seconds at 131 MPH. Although HP is down to 797, Dodge claims this is the most track capable Hellcat and while the Challenger has always been the heavy weight of the muscle car segment, this latest version has a few tricks up its sleeve for those of you who'd like to take it to a track. - Авто та транспорт

Challengers still have the best badass, beastly appearance. I love it. It has a road presence the competition can't compete with. It also has more practical room than a camaro or mustang.
Who needs memory seats? Who’s gonna let someone else drive this car anyway🤷🏽♂️

I test pre-production vehicles for FCA and the nickname we have for the Pacifica is the "housecat" because of the suprising pep it has. Especially the hybrids. But...I do miss the Caravan. It was a superior van.

I was thinking the same thing watching this. I'm actually thinking about ordering one of these; my 13 yr old son wants me to get one sooo bad. I have to admit after watching this video I'm getting more serious about it. Anyway...
The first thing that came to my mind was simply drilling out that red "eye" and installing a red LED in its place. Bada-Bing... Bada-Boom... Problem solved.
As far as syncing the LED to the engine would be a different story. But I think it shouldn't be too difficult of an after market mod tbh.
It's good the speedometer goes up to 220, I hate it when I am doing 205MPH and want to set my cruise control to 215.

It's like FU to everything: in terms of the sound of the exhaust and also FU to traction, because this thing can't even put the power down, I mean 797 HP going to the rear wheels, and then FU to fuel economy, because this car basically lacks any sort of fuel efficiency :D

Loved my SRT 2016 Hellcat but will up grate in 2020 to the Redeye! You never out grow your need for speed!!

A beautiful, amazing car! 800 HP! Having good, healthy respect for this car your first time driving it on the highway is smart. It must be a blast to drive. The sound is fantastic! Way to go Dodge! To get the headrest in a position where it is closer to your head, you need to move the seat a little bit further back, and then put the seat back into an almost straight up position. It’s still very comfortable that way and allows you to use the headrest to recline against when you want. Great review as always!

When he said they were "just outside Portland Maine" I nearly shat myself. Club Motorsports is out in Tamworth, NH! 64 miles (1.5hrs) from Portland :-( I'm in Brunswick so add another half hour. Still, it's closer and probably a better track than Palmer in MA or anything in ME for that matter.

had a 68 road runner bought for $2,000 in 71. the thing was souped up with headers, 4 speed hurst, etc. weighed 3,400 lbs and did 12 sec quarters. somehow i survived.
Just think The funny thing is that being in the 12s was amazing back in 1970. Impressive in the 2000s. Now... there are so many cars that can run 12s off the showroom floor.

You better not taken corners woth it at speed. Those Mopars cornered like Bricks. They were all about straight line acceleration in those days. Only car from that era that one dared turn a corner going 100 mph was the Trans Am.
somehow i survived that car. always took the 360 to Six Flags in Arlington, Tx at 70. it was 35 i think. however one time i had 6 people in the car. showed off at the turn. when it went into a slight drift i stupidly let off on the gas. broke an axle. limped home 60 miles at a out 30. lol

Nice review! Love these no-apologies Hellcats. Couldn't sell it to my wife so settled for a C7. No big sacrifice there. An argument can be made for practicality but agree it needs upgrades to the interior and driving dynamics. There's no getting away from the rental car feel. Still...much more interesting than the 'Stang or Camero. Not the Stingray though, which is the complete package--even whendown on power.

I will own one of these period used or not Mopar or no car i miss my heavily moded Scat Challenger which actually had more at the wheel than a stock Redeye but wow these are just plain Gorgeous Ford and GM has turned the Stang and Camaro into exotics Mopar keeps old school looks and no one can deny a 4300lb + car that moves
