Namaste Ma'am. The most difficult part of English learning for me is prepositions and phrasal verbs. Could you please make videos on each and every preposition of English language. Love and respect from India.

Hello again! That is a difficult part for many learners, especially in the beginning. My background is in speech-language pathology, so my focus is not teaching English grammar, or definitions. I provide coaching for individuals who have already established a strong foundation of the language, and need to work more on polishing their speaking skills for professional or academic settings. I hope you can still find my content useful!

@@AmericanSpeechCoach Yeah, that will be very useful for many students. We have so many channels on Grammar, ielts, and translation but we have few channels on public speaking skill and professional english. That will be a great help to us.

Do you speak any other language or accent?
What should the most important thing an intermediate do to able to sound like Americans?

Good questions! I also speak Greek but English is my first language. I grew up in a multi-lingual household in New Jersey so I learned how to neutralize my speech in college when I started learning about speech-sound production and the importance of changing my language and tone for more professional settings. Why do you want to sound American? Is it for work, school, fun? You first need to identify what you're doing differently from your goal accent or sound. What is your native language, where are you from, how often are you speaking English & participating in conversation, dialogue, etc. This all influences where and how you should start. You can't achieve a different sound in isolation with no interactions with others. This is a complex process and the answer & approach is different for each person, but I hope this gives you some insight!
