    Hope you guys are enjoying the workout videos! Should I do more? They're so much fun to make because I feel like i'm teaching a class and we can joke around while getting a good workout in!

      @RapvioMusic It's normal to feel tired! As long as you're drinking water and eating right, you may just be pushing yourself a little too hard

      Great workout, thanks so much. I've added it to my "Quarantine" playlist! I noticed with my dojang closed, and my gym closed, and all the stress, I was getting soft. So I started doing some conditioning videos and this is a great addition.
      I was rolling when you stopped the video to have a disclaimer, LOL. Don't worry, Donavan, in the words of Billy Crystal, you look marvelous!

      Haha yay i definitely will! And omg my aunt's dog got groomed and came in and she LOVES animals so she was talking to him while he ran around the house looking FRESH!

    Please do more workouts. You are so funny. I could just watch you talk and then you also do these kick ass workouts and tips. Its like watching martial arts meets Ru Paul. My favourite things in one UA-cam channel. Thank you

    I loved this video! The workout was amazing BUT more than anything the beginning was so real! I work as an online adjunct professor (the struggle is too real being an adjunct at 25) and when I make video lectures and I stumble on my words or sneeze or just act... like a human, I feel like maybe I'm making a "bad" video lecture. But then seeing how you can be super real (I loved the picture comparison xD) on your video made me realize that I don't have to be so robotic in my video lectures for my students.
    Thanks for great TKD content and for being authentically you!

      I used to try to be so perfect in my videos but now i focus on being real. I like to approach my workout/stretching routine videos like I'm teaching a class in real life. In real life, I'm always cracking jokes, talking about life, while pushing people to work hard!

    for the eyeliner removal you might want to try some oil based products, put it on and wash it dry at first, then with water. i have a face cleaning gel with oils, it's not intended to be a makeup removal yet it works! and it helps me avoid that crazy panda look from mascara in the morning;D and clean it all

      Yeah I have the tatcha oil cleanser and it does a great job getting it off but I probably just don’t bring it into my eye enough 😭😭

      That will mess you up! I used sneakers in the beginning on a rough surface and my balance was struggling as well haha

      Ah yes I was hoping you’d comment so i could let you know that the a few of the files were wiped from my hard drive. The @donavansdojang Instagram is public and they’re all there. You don’t even need an account or the app. You can just go to instagram.com/donavansdojang and they’ll all be there for you to enjoy! Sorry technology was not being my friend. That being said, lots more of these workout type videos will be coming right here on UA-cam 😊
