Music overall - for example if you were to listen to Erik Satie, Beethoven, etc. (Master Composers) while working on a project or some endeavor of yours: it's proven music can help stimulate your mind and overall productivity. Music has an undeniable higher frequency that dates back thousands of years because it evokes feeling and emotion and there is a soul-like connection. This is the part where you lost me though... However that's not an adequate answer - realistically if you deny yourself YOUR feelings / emotions that exist inside each and ever human being regardless of gender... that is being weak. I'm proud of how people like Dre and Andrew Tate are standing against the society which is on a mission to make men weak. There people got all my respect. I was another middle school teenage, Weak and less masculine. I was continuously thinking that I am sad and depressed but I never thought of tackling this stuff. I was far away from my religion and I thought I was mature but I wasn't, I was being played by society. When I turned 14, I felt like something took off the blindfold I had on my eyes. I looked at my self and felt pity. I started putting on some work, Doing 10 Pushups a day to 100 a day. I struggled to get the best out of me, I was always bad at Math and now I try to improve it. Now whenever I feel sad, I carry on with this mindset. I tell my own self that we all have responsibilities, This is life. I couldn't say NO to people or stand up for my self, I was a literal pushover. I was lost and defeated and had the mindset "It's okay to be weak" but now I am filled with immense positivity. Dre just made me realize things better and thanks for that brother.

Their calling and their gift from God. Conversely you do have to appreciate the mundane. Washing the dishes, taking a walk, doing your own work. You can do quietly at home without distraction or noise. To disconnect from the noise and the commotion of today's life.
