- We cover a LOT of territory - in almost a decade of eating my way through the Tri-State, I can state with complete confidence that HUDSON FOOD STUDIO is on my TOP TEN OF ALL TIME LIST. boogie up the river and you will understand why. Chef David Chicane would be my personal chef if I had that kind of dough! (And he did that sort of thing!!)
Fantastico video 👍👍👍👍
Born and raised there. Your really missing the cool stores that used to be there. Really nice mom and pop stores. Suttys candy store😪😪 jj newberry, town fair! Cool toy stores. Hudson has lots of cool stories and memories. Warren street has always been the focal point of Hudson.
Food studio highly recommend

There is a lot to the City of Hudson, other than Warren Street. Rampant gentrification!
where is part 2?
Everyone needs to come to Lady K's in Hyde Park the Best Soul Food in NY located 870 Violet Ave also known as Route 9G tell them Shawn Murphy Sent you CO-Owner
Grew up 7 miles down the road from Hudson. Never went out of our way to go there if we didn't have to. Someone should have coached you IN ADVANCE to help you pronounce Claverack correctly........ The town of Chatham [[ and the 5 small Hamlets around it ]] would have been a far better choice. This show is a joke, unless you're one of those elitist, snobby New York City dwellers coming upstate for a weekend cruise........Remember, the Late Harry Belafonte had his mansion in the woods just outside of Chatham for a reason, not along the Hudson River in Hudson.
It use to be my favorite place till the NYC people moved there and ruined it for all the life timers !!!!
If you are going to give a history lesson on Hudson (my hometown from 1955-2010) at least pronounce the towns correctly. Claverack is pronounced CLAWverack.
Hudson is NOT all about food !!!!
I was Born in Hudson on October 6th 1977 I want to go back there.
