Hello Skyker! I have the SKX009, Malaysian version, I bought it a few months before it was discontinued, so I was lucky to buy it for less than 300 dollars. My SKX is rarely used, I only wear it on my wrist a few weeks a year, so its condition is very good. They have wanted to buy it from me at double the price I paid for that watch, but I don't want to sell it. I don't think I will ever part with it and it will be (along with my dad's Bullhead) the iconic Seiko that I will pass on to my son.

Whats up Alex! Yea our stories are very similar. I got mine right before the price jumped too high. The difference is I often were mine in rotation. Maybe try switching a strap to one you really enjoy and see if you connect with the watch to wear it more often. That would be a really cool watch to pass on for sure. Thanks for sharing the story with me!
