Thank you for 250k gang. Thank you for sticking around and continuing to watch despite the sporadic posts, I am hoping to post more, and hoping you will continue to enjoy. For the love of god though, take care, and comb your hair. - Your Friend Matthew
If you want to connect with Canadians better my advice is to be open yourself. You'll scare off some people (but they probably weren't worth your time anyways). Be the level of open you want others to be and many people will just assimilate. This isn't backed up by any research or anything, it's entirely my experience, but honestly being open and honest has led to extremely meaningful deep relationships in my life. I don't have many friends, but everyone I consider close would die for me. So take my advice with that situation in mind. Be well :)
Matt: Talks about how great kids are and how rewarding it is to meet them as his fans. Also Matt two seconds later: there are dumb little kids in the background shitting their pants
Matt you are genuinely one of my most favourite UA-camrs. Found you with your learning how to be a man video. It grabbed my attention because I was thinking about a lot of gender stuff at the time. It's been a wonderful ride so far. I most appreciate your artistry - you have the aloof appearance to your videos but it's clear you take the time to carefully craft and refine them, and I really appreciate that. I think I like your poetry stuff the best. If you ever come to Melbourne, Aus sometime, do let us know!
Going through recent comments on his video - if I can be any barometer for these emotions, Brisvegas feels the same way! (Although my years living in Melb were my best).
You should really do a colab with Julie Nolke. I think you guys would have very similar comedic.... Uhh.... Things? As in your styles would match... I think Also, congratulations on the 250K subs
exactly! I love her comedy, but I think she is more constructed tho. Joel Haver would be good for collab as well, he is really similar and he is putting a lot stress on the cinematography so it could be a both of them things to learn
I actually found you through that video about small talk- I thought it was absolutely hilarious and you did a good job. I am from a small community in Ontario and I am aiming to start my own youtube channel this year. I am worried I will get obsessed over the numbers and performance of videos and it helped me know that you're still going through that. I know I should just start posting no matter how good or bad I think it may be. You've done good work with developing your craft and you have much more growth ahead of you. Cheers Brother!
I loved this video! Also please make just a few videos in Poland! I’d love to see what creative stuff you can do with a bit of new scenery. But also don’t forget to get off UA-cam often and enjoy your travels while you’re there! Sending love from Kansas!
Dude im not even a die hard fan but your attitude in this video has made me respect you more than any other UA-camr. This honesty and realness is amazing and honestly healing for me to hear. You're a treasure man, keep doing you.
Hi matt. Thanks for sharing with us. Your videos, and yourself. I might have shared it before, but while I was in the first months of grief from losing my dog who was also my son and best friend, you gave me my first laugh. And that helped. I dont know. Wherever you go, I think you'll help people.
UA-cam now a days blows you up as a creator randomly after your videos overall get to certain quality. You never blow up because of luck. You dont keep the viewers after blowing up if it was luck. You still have a lot of the viewers after blowing up so you got it. You have the quality. You are good enough to be where you are
I totally get what you mean. Despite all of us being very good friends, and despite the openness that comes from most of our shared religious beliefs, I find that many Canadian men and teenagers are very bad at actually opening up. When I do ask personal questions, it's usually avoided or seen as a shock. Never as hurtful or divisive, just something uncomfortable. And that's in British Columbia! I think I'm going to hold on to this anecdote, I want to see what they think about it. Maybe they'll push it off, but maybe they'll learn something from it. Also congrats! I've been watching since I think... 90k? Give or take, and it's been great seeing you grow your skills and finding an audience.
When he started dying laughing at his video idea's i couldn't help but laugh too😂 i love it when you have an idea that is so funny to yourself and you're laughing so hard at it and everyone else is just like......wth?

My most viral video on Tik Tok is something I wasn’t content with when I dropped it, and when you find success, you begin to worry about meeting your own expectations. Matt my friend, may you and your balls prosper in 2022. I’ll continue to celebrate your milestones throughout ✊🏾
You're great dude! Tell your boys you love them. You don't want to be in the position where you wish you said it explicitly but it's too late. Eventually it becomes normal and is so helpful in so many ways for both parties.
This was honestly so nice and relaxing to watch after a big work week, keep doing you mate. What a genuine bloke. Additionally, who do you follow in hockey?
Matt who are your top 3 favorite NHL teams or players? Also, in more seriousness, I totally relate to not knowing if things are rough for one reason or another. Just out of college and things are really different, but with Covid on top it's hard to identify the actual issue I'm having a hard time with.
Been a Bolts fan since I've been about 6, so gotta put them at the top. But also wouldn't hate seeing the Oilers Knights Devils Habs Leafs Avs win something, I'm more of a hockey fan than a one team fan lol
