I just got done building one of those using chair motors in the rear

I guess technically you could do that but it would either be joystick controlled or just forward and backward only and no diagonal input like a joystick would provide.

It would probably be cheaper to buy a plane ticket and pick one up than try to ship it and pay customs etc.
