Because I knew this as the song that plays when you fight Raditz in Story Mode & not knowing that there was an actual title to this song, I have it on my iPod as "Goku VS. Raditz".
That's what I called it when I first down-loaded this song when I was in my 7th grade year of middle school & still have that same file on my external hard-drive, to this day...

I know the music in the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm music captures the essence of the show pretty well, but not quite as good as DBZ.

The guy who your referring about is Kenji Yamamoto he did the music for this game and Budokai 3 he also did the music for Dragon Ball Kai from April 2009 - March 9th 2011 after doing for the first 95 episodes in Japan just like with this game Yamamoto also plagiarized the tracks for Kai too
