Overall, I really like this guitar but there are two issues that I plan to fix. The first is the neck dive. It just needs a little more weight in the body area. I plan to fix that. The second is where they put the input jack. When sitting I like to rest the back part of the guitar on my leg (like a V) instead of the middle cut. I know it’s a preference thing but I would rather have the jack on the bottom or front of the guitar. I intend to fix that as well. Other then that, I like it.
I agree about the neck dive, maybe even changing the position of one of the strap buttons might take care of it. Surprisingly the input jack does t interfere with me while I sit. I think because the plug goes in parallel to the neck was a good decision on WC but having it on the outside would have made more sense in the first ace
Nice review! Would you know the fretboard radius? Compound neck sounds interesting! Is it comfortable sitting in a classical position? Very carefully reviewed. Thanks!
Thank you so much for the compliment and support. I would say classical would be the only comfortable position to sit and play this body style. It's very close to a V. I neglected to mention it does have pretty bad neck dive but it's pretty light so shouldn't effect standing players too much. I don't know the radius of the fret board unfortunately. I don't have a radius gauge for that but it looks to be the same as their other models.
One thing we did forget to show is the relatively bad neck dive. But because the guitar isn't heavy, it shouldnt effect standing to play much.
The kid was quiet for 90% of the video and pretty much stuck around just to support you and headbang with you. Big props to the young man 🤘🏻
He was definitely camera shy but did his best to entertain lol. He appreciated the compliment!
I got this guitar in black. I love it. I rewired the volume pot to fix the buzz. Otherwise I think it's an amazing guitar.
