mine started when the column of white light started to go down in each of my chakras it was scary but felt so good at the same.

I felt the tingling in every chakra as I went up and a blast of tingling at the third eye. At the white light, radiating up and down and then the floating feeling.
I wouldn't have believed this 6 weeks ago. When I did this 3 weeks ago it did almost nothing to me.
