The interesting thing about the deluxe edition suits that I haven’t seen anyone talk about is that all the suits were made by guest artists across the film/comic/PlayStation game’s industry. And I think the reason that the encoded suit looks so good and the reason everyone kinda unanimously agrees it’s the best of the bunch is because that suit was created by the lead artist on across the spider verse.
I think the newer suit for Peter is beautiful, it is way more visually pleasing than the last, and the white lines make it even more visually pleasing to. Only thing I don’t like it the lack of boots
Personally I actually like the white borders on Peters new advanced suit. It feels more natural having them because it makes it feel more connected to the other white portions. I just hope they have not only all the suits from the first game but that advanced suit as well but with the coloring of the new suit.

In my opinion it looks slicker and smoother which makes it better than the original design we got and it’s fine that they remove the red parts on his legs since we do see him without it all the time in comics, movies, games, and series so I don’t see the problem about it. I also don’t see why it’s a problem when they add white lines in his suit, I do love of how it connects to the Spider-Man logo and it fits. The suit's colors are imbalances which makes it slightly more harsh on the eyes even if the actual colors were corrected. I love tre's section sm. As a black person he gets the issues I've had with miles for so long! And also the Totally Spider Man section was so good love the editing style, his room, like tre plz make your own channel or kai have him do more sections!!! 2:45 the suit has been the same since the first reveal trailer, the trim ISNT white or carbon fiber like the spider logo, ITS METALLIC if you look closely at the first reveal trailer the close ups shot of the spider chest symbols you can CLEARLY see the piping on the suit is a metallic material that is reflecting light, in the daytime it will "look white" but in the dark will look dark with the absense of light but its STAYED THE SAME, the first trailer was like 30 seconds long and completely set at night

The suit never had black or white lining, the lining is metallic, it always just reflected the color of the environment, if you want the “black” lining back just play at night time.

Picked up a ps5 about a month ago, been doing all the remastered trophies for miles and peter and only have 2 trophies left for NG+. If u just wanna catch up on story u could get through both in about week or so if ur able to play after work/school. Helps that i platted ps4 already but still, full time auto tech teacher for reference

One of the few people I can finally agree with. While the new updated suit looks sleek and futuristic as hell, and also gives it some new design elements I actually like, I still prefer the original advanced suit design. The colors were really the only problem with it. People give that suit way too much hate or preference against it just because of the tiny flaws that could've easily been fixed. Imo, the original advanced suit (or the Mk1 advanced suit as I like to call it) gives the classic suit a modern yet practical feel to it while at the same time blend in classic elements that make it feel like a classic spider-man suit. There are only a few things that I really like about new suit (Mk2 advanced). The belt and torso area looks so cool and slick af, and the sneakers are such a cool improvement. Other than that, they pretty much removed a lot of the design elements from the Mk1 suit like the thigh pieces and the separation of the red shoulders and arms. My take-away is that the Mk2 suit is the parallel of the Stark suit except the Mk2 is designed by Peter himself. Obviously not the same but the suit ideas and themes just make me think of the stark suit even more. Both look very modern, futuristic, high technology based. It's just that the Stark suit is supposed to look and feel like the original comic accurate suit but modernized, While the Mk2 suit is essentially an futuristic upgrade to the Mk1 suit. Don't get me wrong, I still like the sleek and futuristic style of the Mk2 suit and I'm sure a lot of people do too, but I just really admire the Mk1 suit. It blends the right amount of Modern & Classic while at the same time gives it practicality and gives purpose to the design elements. Thank you for reading my wall of text.

I see your points on the new Advanced Suit. But I think i'm still going to like it. I like the more roundness of the head, the belt looks sick as fuck, the colors (yeah, black lining looks a bit better but the white still looks decent imo) look SO much better than the last suit. The only problem I have with it is, like you said, there's a lack of red In the bottom half of the suit. On Miles, yeah the suit looks dope. Honestly the only thing i like about the new suit is in night it looks cherry red and in the day it looks RED not orange but also i think its just the way the webs shine of the light that makes them look white
I like the old advanced suit better than the new one

The lenses looked more originally on the suit than the other ones whereas the new one makes him look young

One of the few people I can finally agree with. While the new updated suit looks sleek and futuristic as hell, and also gives it some new design elements I actually like, I still prefer the original advanced suit design. The colors were really the only problem with it.
People give that suit way too much hate or preference against it just because of the tiny flaws that could've easily been fixed.
Imo, the original advanced suit (or the Mk1 advanced suit as I like to call it) gives the classic suit a modern yet practical feel to it while at the same time blend in classic elements that make it feel like a classic spider-man suit.
There are only a few things that I really like about new suit (Mk2 advanced). The belt and torso area looks so cool and slick af, and the sneakers are such a cool improvement. Other than that, they pretty much removed a lot of the design elements from the Mk1 suit like the thigh pieces and the separation of the red shoulders and arms.
My take-away is that the Mk2 suit is the parallel of the Stark suit except the Mk2 is designed by Peter himself. Obviously not the same but the suit ideas and themes just make me think of the stark suit even more. Both look very modern, futuristic, high technology based. It's just that the Stark suit is supposed to look and feel like the original comic accurate suit but modernized, While the Mk2 suit is essentially an futuristic upgrade to the Mk1 suit.
Don't get me wrong, I still like the sleek and futuristic style of the Mk2 suit and I'm sure a lot of people do too, but I just really admire the Mk1 suit. It blends the right amount of Modern & Classic while at the same time gives it practicality and gives purpose to the design elements.

In dark enviorments when the suit is red it's really hard to see it properly
When it's orange it looks red in darker enviorments and looks better
Because if they didn't then the suit would be completely dark maroon
Use msm2 suit mod on the game the same issue will happen
The spider will glow which is not good
Insomniac fixed the lighting turning miles suit from gray to black and Peter's suit from orange to red
Miles also downgraded now cuz his fingers and wrists look bulky as hell

with Miles suit tho, I disagree. I think the upgraded suit is better than the first suit. His red stripes look sick and the soles (the bottom of his feet) look so clean and fresh as hell!
I agree with u on the advanced suit but if i ever get a ps5 i'll just be using the garfield suit the whole time lol

I see your points on the new Advanced Suit. But I think i'm still going to like it. I like the more roundness of the head, the belt looks sick as fuck, the colors (yeah, black lining looks a bit better but the white still looks decent imo) look SO much better than the last suit. The only problem I have with it is, like you said, there's a lack of red In the bottom half of the suit. On Miles, yeah the suit looks dope. Favorite parts about it are the new hand platings and details. definitely one of the best takes on his suit. Loving his new haircut too. (and for pete's face I do not care.)

Lol, a lot of ppl seem to disagree. I like newer suit.. it’s is clean. The stripes on the thighs on the old one makes it look like some sports shorts or something. Glad they got rid of it.. though, i do prefer the older kicks with slightly less white accents than the newer one.
