- Most hooded eye makeup tutorials did not apply to my unique hooded eyes where there is a larger distance between my eyebrow & eyelash line. Hope this helps. I think the thick cream looks too difficult to blend and too difficult to get an even look on both eyes. And that much tugging on the eyelids can make the skin even looser over time. I think it would be much more gentle on your eyelid skin to use a dark powder eyeshadow that blends more smoothly and evenly. The look would be the same, but much easier, faster, and gentler to your eyelid skin. You are so pretty, by the way.

@@FromJenwithHope I had to learn the hard way about making my eyelid skin looser by stretching the skin. So it makes me want to warn others so they don't have to learn the hard way too. I love your technique though. And I love the way you use only some light color on your cheeks, etc. without having to use foundation.

Thank you Jean! I have such a distance between my eyebrows and upper lash line so it’s the only thing I’ve tried that works. I wish I could be brave and venture out in different colors but I don’t know how
