What do you think about the current state of Raven in professional play? When I watch tournaments, I really can't imagine Raven fitting in a final. I have the feeling he doesn't have enough tools to be there (despite players' skills). We still haven't seen him in the top 8 of tournaments.
Also, another idea for the channel could be some commentary about the world's top Raven matches! (Yours included as well, with commentary!)

Thank you very much!! Are you also going to make a guide about general raven shenanigans? For example situations where you throw out an attack which you know will be blocked but you already have an answer if the opponent tries to punish you?! I don't specifically mean frametraps even if they are frametraps, I'm talking more about flowcharting and things that most players (noobs) don't expect, idk maybe I mean frametrap flowcharts when I think about it xD it's something pretty natural I do with Feng but struggle to find in raven,

I found combo route for ws3,2 after ws3,2 ssl ff3 its very hard to hit but I think it can do a lot of damage, unfortunately I dont have the excecution to test it further

Me I play mix up games with raven by 4: WS moves, Soulzone, and low games, Clone rush games (chip damage)
The rest is fundementals and using my entire movelist to mix up to not repeat
2 things Im still working on is backturn mix ups and crouchdash mixups

Fancy Sinigang_TK has this setup that will end combos with 4,3 so he's backturned, then he does 2,1 F 1 to catch people standing or pressing, found out that is 0 on block if you space it right and of course is a ch launcher

I’m having trouble for some reason with the haze 1+2 it only reads the haze 2. Any recommendations for psn? Also could you possibly post a vid soon of you using the raven buffs in competitive gameplay
i recommend to use a 1+2 bind. Either L1 or R1

4~3,3 into a combo from db2 is news to me did you have to micro dash that or jsut go right into db 2,1
As for the Qtrcircle 4 into a tailspin has been pretty common for me
just straight db21. Also ch db4 qcf4 combo is a just frame. I doubt anyone has actually landed it in a match 🤣🤣
Question bro. There's a move Raven has in back turn when he is in heat mode where he does a 1 and 2 punch combo that does a the gold shadow clone (excuse me if I am not using the correct terms) I haven't figured it out. What are the inputs. I am not referring to the the running kick btw

Only works on male characters? So theres moves that are gender specific?
Well, yes I suppose lol - b223 doesn’t work as a wall ender in that specific combo on female characters.
Female hurtboxes are generally smaller than male ones
@imortalXsoul I just honestly didn't think that combos would be gender specific lol that kind of explains alot for. Also thanks for the raven 101 vids they've helped alot I only picked up raven little over a week ago and hit garyu now I'm taking a break and learning from other raven players in my region as well
Wouldn't call it gender persay. More like females just have smaller size. Some combos will even drop on dudes depending on size.
