it breaks from pressure, not from loosening the nut, it's a defect in the axle, I think because I've already made 2 pieces with exactly the same problem

How much of the bike has to come apart? I just got one of these bikes last year. The nut is still on but I want to fix it so it doesn’t loosen off.
