Next you should make a Louisiana stew not saying what you did was wrong in anyway but make a meatball stew if you know how I love cooking that wanna see what you do differently. Break out that roux 😂

I wish Pete didnt use so many canned or powdered pre cooked stuff.Fresh is best.Why add Campbells soup or store broth to anything?that being said i love his vids
Not fresh garlic? See your point. I sometimes see cooking instruction for young people. I was making beef stew, decades ago. I look for new things. This recipe disappointing. Might as well get Dinty. Save time.

I use whatever the custom kill gets me in stew meat from the old cow I sent to the plant.

@JohnnyLaps I cook alot of stews. Alligator, deer, beef, to name a few.. fresh ingredients. Always the best.
