I have watched just about every video Uncle has made. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more famished crowd. Everyone is frantic to getting the food in their mouth. It’s like they haven’t had anything to eat for a long time wow!

Also, I always use a lil pork bacon in my oil frying my fish on Fridays. Glad to see Mom likes her fish like I do. And yes I use peppers ....sometimes. Uncle should come "noodle" our catfish.😀😉 Memphis,10🇺🇲
I love fish, but I always put it on a separate dish - never onto the rice. The fish bones can be dangerous and lodge at the back of the throat. I also take my time eating fish on the bone. Still, I can understand why his family and friends always scarf down his food - Uncle Rural Gourmet is a fabulous chef!
I wish I could get a nice big bony carp straight out of a filthy drainage ditch. Unfortunately I have to stick with clean, fresh, Mississippi farm raised catfish and white perch.
