Just bought this 1/4" because I like how my 3/8" Reaper works. I can't wait to try it! I also own various drilled static nozzles and the 3/8" warthog.. the "competition".. Here's what's great about the Reaper: In an ideal world, all my jetting would be done upstream.. In other words, jetting towards the house from the sewer or from a cleanout heading into the house. That way, a nozzle like the warthog(which has most of it's thrust and cutting power heading towards the rear) would be sending all the debris in the downstream direction towards the street. Since I can't see or "steer" the nozzle exactly where I want it to go(always seems to find the first toilet) the safest way to jet is downstream. Many times to avoid a mess, I jet from a stack if possible. The Reaper does a great job of cleaning and flushing in the forward direction; which is a huge plus. Even though so much power is sent to the front cutter, it feeds fairly well for all my residential/light commercial 2-4" lines. I have a feeling the new nozzle will be my go to very soon.
We're happy to hear the Reaper is in your toolkit and providing you with exceptional performance. Please keep us updated on your experience with the 1/4" once you've tried it out! Feel free to send us your email and we'll hook you up with a Reaper hat.
@@Smiler7 Our Reaper's come in both NPT and BSPP threads. As for the tread spacing for the rear jets, the 3/8" Reaper's is 1/16-27 NPT (0.26 Thread Engagement), the 1/4" does not have inserts. Feel free to give us a call and we can go over any further details if needed 952-808-3640.
Lol love the comparison the water barely coming out of the comparison nozzle looks like its been plugged for ten years😂 and the styrofoam test was right on😂👍🏼 that will reap your wallet for sure 👍🏼🤠

1/4" size 6.0 Reaper has a minimum PSI of 1,500 at 3.7 GPM. Pressure is not a problem but gpm is for me . Mine honda capable of 3 gpm . Does anybody knows if 1/4 Reaper used with this water flow , how much less effective will it be ? I am homeowner , not a professional plumber . Need this to clean storm drains every year . Would really appreciate any feedback .
got this answer on another channel from @HydraFlexInc @orestovich Unfortunately at the moment the machine would not provide enough flow to keep the pressure high enough for the nozzle to be effective. However, we are working on a new size soon and you should stay tuned for something that can work on your machine!@@UBGood
Wow the price for this baby , You would think it is made of pure unobtainable materials. A couple of these are close to being worth more than the house.
Thank you for the feedback! While our nozzles may seem expensive, they're designed to last significantly longer than others on the market. This durability means you won’t need to replace it as frequently, ultimately offering better value over time. Feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions hello@hydraflexinc.com or 952-808-3640.
Thanks! It's available in 6.0 and 8.0 sizes. Check out our sales literature for more details and specs: hydraflexinc.com/literature_piece/1-4-reaper-sales-literature/
I bought the half inch reaper. In for inch it gets stuck and won’t make the bends I wish I new this I would have gotten the 3/8 model. I mostly jet four inch. Sales rep said this is good for four inch. Can you help me out
@@brian2100 Hi Brian - we responded to one of your other comments with details, but please let us know how we can contact you or email hello@hydraflexinc.com and we'll figure this out. Thanks!
What brand are you using for your competitors nozzle in this video?. To claim its 2X quicker looks like poor marketing IMO. The competitors nozzle is not cutting right and looks plugged. I'm all for fair competition. I'm running a 5000PSI 25 LPM Australian machine with a mini reel, using a jetex nozzle. If you want to send a nozzle to me for testing, I will make a video an happily send the nozzle back to you if you think your nozzle is that good. I will even buy the nozzle if it is in fact 2X quicker. I'm on Vancouver Island, Canada.
Hi Mark - thanks for the response. We appreciate the questions and dialogue. We're confident about our nozzle and its performance, and all nozzles used were in good working condition. If you'd like to talk to our sales team about a demo unit let us know or contact us at hello@hydraflexinc.com or 952-806-3640.

What is the screw thread on the 1/4" & 3/8" reapers??
@@Smiler7 The 1/4" Reaper will attach to a 1/4" hose and the 3/8" Reaper with attach to a 3/8" hose.
@@HydraFlexInc you don’t know the thread type on your nozzles?

As drain jet will remove dirty pipe line? 1:47
Yes! the Repaer's rotating stream cuts through blockages and cleans the pipe, and the back jets give it extra propulsion and cleaning power.

At 4400 Psi 4.2 Gpm would the 6.0 be the right one? Thanks
What is the required minimum pressure and gpm for the 1/4” reaper?
Our 1/4" size 6.0 Reaper has a minimum PSI of 1,500 at 3.7 GPM
Does this damage the pvc pipe? My sewer line is thin wall pvc
Unfortunately my pressure washer only outputs 4000psi at 12 litres per minute. Am I guessing this isn't powerful enough for this Reaper ?
Hi @JamesLivingstone-rk9uz - Reach out to us at MarketingTeam@hydraflexinc.com, and I can share more information about the Reaper with you.
What PSI would you need for this? Would a 2000psi be enough regular residential maintenance?
Hi @1ELiMusic! Our 1/4" Reaper currently comes in 2 sizes 6.0 or 8.0 (1,500 - 4,000 PSI) and is meant for residential pipe cleaning
So is 6gpm the minimum to run this? We have a Valor cart jetter and is 4gpm but up to 4000psi.
