    Maybe you should do an advanced progressive cards strategy video to discuss things like when to 0/1 card, spreading out when you don't have a set and are afraid of being taken out, and anything else. Very good video.

    I played a lot of risk 20 years ago... but realize now how bad me and my friends were playing. I learned a lot thanks to your vids. I even managed to win a game where I lost most of my troops in first two turns due to bad blitz rolls, by slowly building up one big army and watch the others ignore me and fight against each other, until I ate them all up. I'm finding a new taste to the game 20 years later and thank you a lot for sharing your tips! I hope to meet you sometime as opponent :)

    Great content Champion, both informative and entertaining, lololol ^^ Do you know what happens to my ranking place when bots take over after players left? Let's say there are 2 real players left and 2 bots. When I leave do I get 2nd place or 4th place? Or if there is only me vs bot left, do I still have to clear him out, otherwise it would be 2nd place and player who left would be credited with 1st place?

    • @Risk4Ever
      @Risk4Ever  4 роки тому

      Thank you! 😎 And I'm not really sure on these, it would probably be the best to ask the developers about it. But I would probably guess that you would get 4th place when there are 2 real players and 2 bots left, assuming the bots are disconnected players (or if they are real bots, then you would get 2nd, as for beating real bots or losing to them, you neither get nor lose any ranking points). And if it's only you and a bot left, and if you disconnect, then the game might not be even counted and your position will stay the same, so whether you're winning or losing towards the bot, will always let the game finish. But again, I'm not really sure on these, so it is based on my predictions only

    Great content!!! My friend has gone from novice to expert from only 3 relevant videos on her favored game mode.
    Question. How are you doing translations? Just curious because your grammar is becoming more and more accurate.
    11:15 "makes you to be taken out, harder, even more."
    Should be something like " makes you much harder to be taken out"
    As always you are awesome keep at it! Looking forward to the fixed cards Europe map

    • @Risk4Ever
      @Risk4Ever  4 роки тому +1

      Thank you! Congrats to your friend on reaching the expert rank!! 😎
      I do translations by myself, well actually most of the time I do not even translate, but just straightly think and then write the text in English. Well, sometimes I use a translator if I don't know some words, or just look up the definition online if needed.
      I know that my grammar is a little bit off sometimes, but I just don't know how to make a sentence to sound right 😬
      So thanks for telling me how to properly say that phrase 👍
      My grammar is becoming more and more accurate, as you say, probably because I use some mobile apps which help me to improve it, well rarely though, I would definitely need to use them even more often as I see that English is far form perfect, haha 😅 Also I think that writing these scripts for the videos help to improve my English as well :)

    I'd like to point out that while trying to conquer only one player at a time can be a good strategy, it has to be done correctly. I have played against the many experts who try to take on me first. Except, I am able to counter every strategy they throw at me. A while, while they are throwing all the their resources and me, a 3rd player that is a beginner who had a disadvantage from the start will suddenly get too powerful and be able to take us both out. And while I'm trying to defend against this expert player, I also need to try to prevents this other guy from taking control of the game. And it always ends up that the 3rd player wins, with the expert that was attacking me going down 1st, and me getting 2nd place. Expert players should know to not throw all of their resources at 1 player, Unless they are OK with a Different player killing both of them. It's almost as dead they are thinking I don't care if I lose I just don't want him to win.

    I think what separates the men from the boys in RISK is being able to think fast in real time. Knowing when to attack and who to attack for their cards. Can't tell you how many times I've attacked opponents for their cards, only to run out of troops and leave that weakened opponent for the next guy! Also, it's very important to capture and secure a continent, even on progressive cards, on the world map where the continents are broken up into little pieces. Can't think of the name of that map, but players that eventually capture continents get a massive amount of troops and win the game.👍

Basically two guys never attacked each other throughout the game and would defend each other when they got attacked by others. They never invaded each other’s territory either then when it was just both of them one player basically didn’t do anything and spread out his troops so much so it’d just be a bunch of small armies that the other player easily attacked until he got the win.
