It is not legal for a lawyer to agree with their client if they know that the client's interpretation of a gag order is incorrect. The lawyer has a duty to provide accurate legal advice and representation to their client, and agreeing to something that is not in line with the law or the terms of the gag order would be a violation of that duty. If the lawyer knowingly allowed their client to make false statements about the gag order, they could potentially face disciplinary action or legal consequences. It is important for lawyers to always act in accordance with the law and ethical standards in their representation of clients.
Why did the Judge not address this issue ?
Especially after the Judge has already told the same lawyer, he is losing all credibility with this court over the same Gag order.
