When I was younger I took Test Prop, DBol, and Clomid for 12 weeks back in 2012. I had no negative effects (probably because it was my very first time and first cycle so I responded well to it). My gains in strength and size were similar. I went from 200lb to 245lb. I had a clean diet and did a lot of cardio so I didn't experience the moon face puffiness. Once I finished my cycle in 2012 I never did gear ever again.
10:37 I totally feel you on this one, when I was 16-17 I had the worst cystic acne you've ever seen to the point where I could hardly lay on my back and could only do front/zercher squats which built me a really strong core. That was without any anabolic use mind you

Thanks Pete, really enjoyed your videos. I'm from a time when you could get a doctor to write a script for dianabol and primo. I use to workout at the old Duncan YMCA in the early 70's and I took dianabol several times in the past. Many of the guys working out took it because Sergio Oliva was taking it. I think it's affect differs from person to person, but some things are the same. I definitely increased in body mass and overall strength. It would raise blood pressure for sure. On a hot humid day and a hard workout you could easily get a nose bleed and get a headache. Some guys got what we called, The Dropsie, which was holding water in lower extremities. I never did the Prime, but the pharmaceutical dianabol was everything people said it was. Good and possibly bad also. Thanks again and keep doing what you do. 👍

Most people turn into Waterballs doing this cycle. Im running 375mg of Test E, 125mg of Nandrolone and 30 mg of Dbol everyday. ive already put on about 7 to 8 kilograms, i feel great. Ive lost muscle definition but im feeling hard as fuck. Im also very strong by now. I lift way more than two weeks ago. its crazy

same , i was 15 and did dbol for 5 weeks ,(10-20mg /day ) i went from 185 max to repping 225 at the end of workouts. It was insane. ( this was 26 yrs ago , i never touched the stuff after high school)
Dbol is not just for your first cycle it’s for any cycle when you wanna be as big and as strong as possible. it’s a must have for record breaking lifts in my experience.

I’m a dude 65yrs,using wife’s account,I’m on my 2nd week of D bol only and I feel good,I felt a little tired but immediately took .5 mgs which is half of one 1mg,and I take in a week 1mg of Arimedex.I wanted to know if I was gonna crash and nope,but in the start of my 3rd week I’ll include test-propiate 200 mgs a week and keep taking my cycle support Defend brand 3 pills daily and twice a week half a mg of arimedex to keep my estrogen in check,I like low dosages I react good slow is being safe you got to find your happy spot,300 test on my first cycle was very strong.
My liver enzymes where 462 way back about 3 years ago from running LGD 4033. At least that and a high sugar diet I believe. I stopped the LGD cleaned the deit up and did 3, 18 hour fasts a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For 3 weeks and got retested. I lost almost 18 pounds in those 3 weeks. Now that was my experience and just wanted to mention that liver enzymes can get that high.
The only thing I'd argue against this is run a longer zone 2 cardio. If you're worried about catabolism, just eat enough and make sure your diet is proper. Zone 2 is better for long term health and endurance in the gym. As far as acne is concerned....I always fought cystic acne since I was 12. I have to run low dose Accutane with my TRT at 37 years old. Imagine how bad it was 25 when I ran 500 test, 400 deca and 100mg/anadrol when I was a competitive arm wrestler. Brutal. Keep this series going Pete. We all appreciate the honesty.
Test, npp, and superdrol has become my meet prep stack rather than tren and halo. More strength, less of the negative (non health related) side effects, etc.

Anadrol 50mg works 1st week - 2010 I was 117kg after 3 weeks 128.5kg . Strength and size was amazing , I benched 660lb . iPhone a friend who is a pro :I told him I wasn’t carrying any water : 128.5 with abs & great condition - he said don’t believe the internet and rumours : if you have good genetics it work’s fantastic he said . Also they ; the Pros take 4 x50mg the day of competition!!! Blood pressure went through the roof - I felt like my head was going to explode. Best oral in my opinion.
great and honest video. I used Dbol once during summer 2020. Didn´t have any side effects at first, but great strength and size gains while getting leaner. was very happy with the results. however, when I went hiking during a hot summer day, got sweaty and all that I noticed that acne was flairing up on my chest, shoulders and back. it came pretty much out of nowhere and was like triggered from the shirt and backpack rubbing on my sweaty body. i got that under control quickly, thankfully, but ever since then, i am very reluctant when it comes to Dbol.

Yo since elevated blood pressure technically increases strength & power as you say, wouldn't using roughly 5-10mg of Cialis preworkout actually hinder your strength potential? I know cialis is great for the "pump" & blood flow during bodybuilding style high rep workouts, but wouldn't this mean that using it pre workout on your heavy days, would make it counter-productive to hitting big lifts and to some degree just make you feel a bit weaker ? I was thinking increased blood flow would actually be beneficial to staying warm as you ramp up in weight, potentially helping with strength to some slight degree as long as you don't lower your BP very much? Opinions or experiences anyone?
These videos are fascinating (I never want to use PEDs). Coconut oil is said to heal scars (I've heard anecdotal stories of people healing their scars using coconut oil), and it's a great cosmetic product. If you want a really good looking skin for your face, put coconut oil on your face before going to bed, put a towel under your head (so you don't mess everything with coconut oil) and in the morning you're going to look great (at least that's how it is for me) - girls are going to be checking you out a lot. Important note: make sure you use real coconut oil - there's a lot of fake products in the stores. So buy something like natural organic coconut oil or whatever. If you're getting super bad results using the coconut oil, it might be fake coconut oil (Once I bought cheap coconut oil and put it on my skin and my skin looked like the skin of a zombie the next day, it was horrible and I got rid of the product after using it only once). If you think your coconut oil is good but you're getting bad results, then I'm full of crap with what I'm saying. Also there's something called "coconut fat" or whatever, don't use that, make sure you're using coconut oil.
Nice one Pete. I've alternated dbol so many ways it's unreal .. Incredible strength gains with a dose you probably wouldn't realise. Definitely creep up using it. My common experience taking 50/60 pre workout out or few hours before I got two weeks mad before I freeze on anything other than water gains . Now splitting them up 12hrs or there abouts same does completely different duration range and strength changes. My forearms are ridiculous and even lower back pumps to the point of being iMobile lol

i know right, I remember getting epistain from the supplement store in 2007 or 8 with protein powder and creatine like it was nothing. I only took them a few days and I remember going to the gym and doing pullups like they were nothing, I think I doubles the reps I had been doing before. Then I googled the stuff and it basically breaks down in your body into steroids. I finished the bottle then quit and my hormons must've been all out of whack because I remember crying like a baby while watching some anime. Never did gear ever again.

I specifically remember hearing about guys getting gyno from some of those supps.
I know I liked the dbol in the thumbnail great stuff. A good rule of thumb is to have at least 10 years natural training before you start 💩. Maximize your natural ability then when you go as far as can start the hi fuel stuff. That was how everyone used to do things, way too many teens on stuff now. I think the swelling of your muscles literally gives you more leverage on presses. Like if you're already jacked then take Dbol, your forearms, biceps, and lats will stack on top of each other resisting the weight as you lower the bar to your chest during bench. Or with OHP, they'll be stacked on top of each other to the point you can't even lower the empty bar to your clavicle because your forearms are resting on your biceps and your triceps are resting on your rip cage or lats.
@@harleyzeth this is correct. one thing you didnt mention is the traps - the traps increase your leverage tremendously and give a stable position to press from.
Sublingual dianabol reduce dianabol to methyl estrogen metabolism from first pass and it feels like Turinabol + hardcore pump.... Strenght is not dramatic but it gains more muscle... Same with anavar sublingual as its effect on SHBG is reduced and it causes more muscle gain
Food for thought and your own research. There is research showing that the only number that matters as far as cholesterol is triglycerides. LDL and HDL are not showing as much affects.
Just bought my first packet of 20 tabs at 50mg haven't taken any yet, but when I do it will be my first cycle just as a personal experiment. Already cut and quartered the tabs, planning on 25(ish) mg / day for 40 days. Gonna take milk thistle with it for liver support.

I personally never had issue with acne on dbol or test e. I only had acne on my back and shoulders while on mast e and switching to primo fixed this. Also mast didnt lower my e2 at all while primo did so it was better choice overall
Man these numbers are wild.. 25 mg to start?!! And then upwards to 50 mg?!?! Heading these side affects from this is definitely understandable, now it makes me think maybe Arnold and those golden era boys were not lying when they said they went as high as 15 mg of Dbol a day. My first time I will go on 10 mg a day for first week to 2 weeks. Then 15-18 mg for the remainder of the 6 weeks with 250 mg of test E total a week broken into two shots of 125 mg each on Monday and thursdays

Test, npp, and superdrol has become my meet prep stack rather than tren and halo. More strength, less of the negative (non health related) side effects, etc.

Anadrol 50mg works 1st week - 2010 I was 117kg after 3 weeks 128.5kg . Strength and size was amazing , I benched 660lb . iPhone a friend who is a pro :I told him I wasn’t carrying any water : 128.5 with abs & great condition - he said don’t believe the internet and rumours : if you have good genetics it work’s fantastic he said . Also they ; the Pros take 4 x50mg the day of competition!!!

great and honest video. I used Dbol once during summer 2020. Didn´t have any side effects at first, but great strength and size gains while getting leaner. was very happy with the results. however, when I went hiking during a hot summer day, got sweaty and all that I noticed that acne was flairing up on my chest, shoulders and back. it came pretty much out of nowhere and was like triggered from the shirt and backpack rubbing on my sweaty body. i got that under control quickly, thankfully, but ever since then, i am very reluctant when it comes to Dbol.

Yo since elevated blood pressure technically increases strength & power as you say, wouldn't using roughly 5-10mg of Cialis preworkout actually hinder your strength potential? I know cialis is great for the "pump" & blood flow during bodybuilding style high rep workouts, but wouldn't this mean that using it pre workout on your heavy days, would make it counter-productive to hitting big lifts and to some degree just make you feel a bit weaker ? I was thinking increased blood flow would actually be beneficial to staying warm as you ramp up in weight, potentially helping with strength to some slight degree as long as you don't lower your BP very much? Opinions or experiences anyone?
These videos are fascinating (I never want to use PEDs). Coconut oil is said to heal scars (I've heard anecdotal stories of people healing their scars using coconut oil), and it's a great cosmetic product. If you want a really good looking skin for your face, put coconut oil on your face before going to bed, put a towel under your head (so you don't mess everything with coconut oil) and in the morning you're going to look great (at least that's how it is for me) - girls are going to be checking you out a lot.
Important note: make sure you use real coconut oil - there's a lot of fake products in the stores. So buy something like natural organic coconut oil or whatever. If you're getting super bad results using the coconut oil, it might be fake coconut oil (Once I bought cheap coconut oil and put it on my skin and my skin looked like the skin of a zombie the next day, it was horrible and I got rid of the product after using it only once). If you think your coconut oil is good but you're getting bad results, then I'm full of crap with what I'm saying. Also there's something called "coconut fat" or whatever, don't use that, make sure you're using coconut oil.

My common experience taking 50/60 pre workout out or few hours before I got two weeks mad before I freeze on anything other than water gains .
Now splitting them up 12hrs or there abouts same does completely different duration range and strength changes.

Unreal all the shit we were taking and really had no idea how powerful it was or even what it really was. I was always always under the impression you’re never gonna get any real shit from a gnc or any stores like that so I would try anything that had good reports not realizing it was fn up natural test production. Those prohormoes were no joke but dam would I be a mess when I stopped taking them and couldn’t figure out why 😂
i know right, I remember getting epistain from the supplement store in 2007 or 8 with protein powder and creatine like it was nothing. I only took them a few days and I remember going to the gym and doing pullups like they were nothing, I think I doubles the reps I had been doing before. Then I googled the stuff and it basically breaks down in your body into steroids. I finished the bottle then quit and my hormons must've been all out of whack because I remember crying like a baby while watching some anime. Never did gear ever again.

I remember wondering what the hell was wrong with me. I became so paranoid about it that I wouldn't watch anything unless I was by myself. Prohormones were everywhere back in the mid to late 2000's. I specifically remember hearing about guys getting gyno from some of those supps.

I know I liked the dbol in the thumbnail great stuff. A good rule of thumb is to have at least 10 years natural training before you start 💩. Maximize your natural ability then when you go as far as can start the hi fuel stuff. That was how everyone used to do things, way too many teens on stuff now. I was always told that your push movements go up the most from Dbol
I think the swelling of your muscles literally gives you more leverage on presses. Like if you're already jacked then take Dbol, your forearms, biceps, and lats will stack on top of each other resisting the weight as you lower the bar to your chest during bench. Or with OHP, they'll be stacked on top of each other to the point you can't even lower the empty bar to your clavicle because your forearms are resting on your biceps and your triceps are resting on your rip cage or lats.
I suppose that would make sense due to the rapid weight gain from water retention?

Sublingual dianabol reduce dianabol to methyl estrogen metabolism from first pass and it feels like Turinabol + hardcore pump.... Strenght is not dramatic but it gains more muscle...
Same with anavar sublingual as its effect on SHBG is reduced and it causes more muscle gain
Food for thought and your own research. There is research showing that the only number that matters as far as cholesterol is triglycerides. LDL and HDL are not showing as much affects.

Just bought my first packet of 20 tabs at 50mg haven't taken any yet, but when I do it will be my first cycle just as a personal experiment. Already cut and quartered the tabs, planning on 25(ish) mg / day for 40 days. Gonna take milk thistle with it for liver support.

I personally never had issue with acne on dbol or test e. I only had acne on my back and shoulders while on mast e and switching to primo fixed this. Also mast didnt lower my e2 at all while primo did so it was better choice overall

Man these numbers are wild.. 25 mg to start?!! And then upwards to 50 mg?!?! Heading these side affects from this is definitely understandable, now it makes me think maybe Arnold and those golden era boys were not lying when they said they went as high as 15 mg of Dbol a day. My first time I will go on 10 mg a day for first week to 2 weeks. Then 15-18 mg for the remainder of the 6 weeks with 250 mg of test E total a week broken into two shots of 125 mg each on Monday and thursdays

Im always curious how much people responding to certain compounds depended on them being properly dosed by the manufacturer. The guys in the 70s and the early 80s really had it made in the strength snd bodybuilding communities.

Oh yes, tudca would be tailor made for that! Nac not so much. But you need to get on tudca for sure!

I’ve taken dbol on so many courses stacked with test and equi, and I’ve never had gyno, acne etc but I did get moon face, but it wasn’t that bad. My strength and gains were insane on dbol. Maybe I’m just one of the Lucky guys
