himadri sonai I was in such a dark place, I hated myself, I genuinely thought I was going to end it, my neighbour mentioned she’d been listening to self love affirmations the day I thought about really doing it, I decided to give it a go, 3 months later things aren’t perfect but I love waking up, I’m ready to start the day, and I don’t despise myself, I’ve stopped relying on others opinions of me and started to love myself, and become a better, nicer happier person, slowly I’ve started to turn my pessimistic traits into optimistic ones. I can see a future 😌💕

Thank you for this. I really thought I had no hope in finding myself. Every morning I’d feel unmotivated to get up, I would just waste my time and wouldn’t do anything productive. I didn’t want to feel like this anymore so I searched this up and it really helped me. On the night I listen to this, the next morning I was feeling GREAT. I was actually able to get out of bed and be productive. I’m not there yet but I’m still learning to love myself😌

I love how gratefulness is a way to totally let go of resistance.
For instance, "i'm grateful for convenience" does not mean "i HATE inconvenience, ew!", it simply means... I am grateful... for convenience.
Your videos allows us to be grateful for the little things I forget to be grateful for in a day. Thank you for opening up a new Focus in myself. I listen to a multiple of your videos early in the morning in my car and I have manifested many of my dreams already. I manifested 480 million dollar lottery win i just knew i was goin to win it one day and always told my family i would and when i did it gelt sureal and i immediately knew it was something i manifested and made me a believer of the law of atracction believe that you are surrounded by money and feel the money and listen to your intuition thats what made me stop and buy the ticket inhad forgot to buy a ticket while i was in a rush and heard on the radio there was 15 minutes till the draw encouraging people to buy tickets thats when i remembered and did a u turn and went back to get the tickets (5) and till now i am scared im goin to wake up and be in my room dreaming now i can do my music

I love all the sleep meditations from this series but I do have one request. Is it possible to record them again maintaining the same voice volume throughout... there's a spot that always wakes me up because the voice suddenly gets louder. Other then that these are all great
