This is the most unique home I've ever seen! There's nothing cookie cutter about it. So many charming spaces...ive never seen a home with a music room before. And it's so airy and spacious. Reminds me of the multi- generation homes of the past. Kudos to the owner for not."updating" it to look like every other home on the market. It's truly a gem!😊 Loved the antique stove and authentic farmhouse sink..the only" update" I'd do is install a larger island and replace those ugly bathroom sinks for something with storage.😊 I keep re-watching the video to " discover" new things. My favorite thing about this house...not a television in sight!💓

Absolutely LOVE this charming and beautifully restored multi-generational house! 🥰There was only one room we did not get so see in full. That was in the wing with the Kitchenette. There are two bedrooms not one. There is a bedroom that has an entrance that looks like it leads to either another bathroom or a big walk-in closet. It looks bigger than the bedroom with the ensuite bathroom. I wish we could have gone into that room to see more. In the other wing it is equally as grand. I would definitely want to install a door on the other side of the master suite for privacy. It is open on that side. The great room is below it. That area can easily be additional closet/storage space and love the office nook. Everything is perfect! This house is extraordinarily charming.😍
Wow! The kitchen looks massive being joined with a dining room. The only update would be to add much bigger kitchen island. The current one looks so lost in this big space 😂
This house kind of reminds me of Weasleys house with so many expansions. I got lost at some moments and I'd love to have Kim to guide me through the floors and rooms.

A mixture of old and new. It looks like it's been redone and repaint intent. I don't see any Central air so it must be cold in each room. Unless it has the side heaters on the wall. Many different designs in each room makes i'm wondering
