Honestly, the majority of time the kids are a bit older when living in homes like this. These homes/communities are considered "established".

Wow! This home is a knockout. One of the most beautiful on this channel. If your pockets aren’t deep don’t even dream about it. This home must cost a small fortune to maintain, especially in the winter when you have to heat all those beautiful rooms. But if you have the money, it would be worth every damn dollar.

Very beautiful home... yet I was let down by the kitchen. The kitchen was nice don't get me wrong, but by the grandeur and flow of the house, it didn't really seem to fit. No island, no cook counter top, backsplash was okay I guess... And there wasn't even a built in refrigerator. And I know you're paying a good mint for this house. Other than that, stunning home.

Lovely home. But I was let down by the kitchen and the miss matched ceiling in the basement. The house has such lovely finishes and than that ceiling is the first thing going into the basement ( not good IMO). Otherwise shows very well.

Except for the kitchen which is far too small when compared to the grandeur of the entire house everything else is fabulous. Love the attic and the basement. Huge spaces and not cluttered.
Kitchen cabinets are nearly identical to mine including door pulls, but this granite counter is gorgeous. I wish I went that route instead of changing my mind with LG Acrylic. The rest of this house makes mine envious.

At that price point I think it is a great value. Beautiful big yard to play with. There is lots of work to be done on the inside . The kitchen needs to be updated , and brought up to a higher level . The basement and the ceiling in particular need help. The master bedroom was big enough but again the ensuite needed updating. Would be a good investment.

I love that it has a genkan to keep outside shoes from the inside, I hate the carpeted floors, need reno to remove/change them, bathrooms need a facelift and the 3rd floor toilet needs to be upgrated to a bathroom.

I love this house design. 1.3 M CAD is about 5 million Malaysian Ringgit , is consider quite reasonable pricing for such a standard fully furnished house. BACK in our country Malaysia, state of PENANG Island , one unit of double storey semi-detached house (2500 sq.ft ) cost you abt RM 2.5 to 3m some more vacant. If opportunity allow, i will sure migrate to Kanada.
