Hi Minie, it’s been great listening to your advice on becoming a Zumba instructor. May I ask: Q1) What is the recommended age to become an instructor - in general? For example, ….preferably not older than 50 years of age or….? Q2) Would a Zumba instructor be considered over-working their body if they exceeded the number of workout minutes per person per week?
Thank you! Q1: there is not max age, really! Especially because there's Zumba Gold, you could become an instructor at ANY AGE. As long as your body allows you to! Q2: There isn't a max number of classes per week, everyone's body and stamina is different. But it's very important that you listen to your body, that you increase the number of workouts gradually and that you accept that some days you'll be more energetic, some days you won't!
Hi! I think that after Covid-19 they organised the B1 training online as well! If you go on Zumba.com it should show you the closest trainings in person, and all the available online trainings!
