- Range of motion exercises done in very low impact environment (chest deep water)
New note 23 months post-surgery. I am still doing these exercises 4-6x per week. Range of motion has fully returned. I have competed in 15 frisbee tournaments since the surgery, including 7 in the first 12 months. Most of the tournaments have been freestyle (look up frisbee freestyle to see what that's all about). At 61, I feel like the next 10 years will be better physically than the preceding decade.
