I’ve watched your journey . I feel like I’m losing a friend with this vlog coming to an end . Congrats on your accomplishment. Take care of yourself Zach. Thanks for bringing me along . Happy trails buddy .
I just finished all of your PCT videos and I just want to say thanks! For showing all of us out there a place in the world we may never get to go. Stay blessed
if there were conveyors then everyone would do it....nice bit of sarcasm there bud. Good to see your spirit is intact and enlightened. Thanks for taking us along
Awesome set of videos!!! If I were younger I wold love to do this very thing! Funny I loved the out of doors growing up and once I got my license I was always out fishing, hunting or camping. Never once thought of trying pull off what you have shared here....The thought never came up or I am sure I would have been all in for it. Thanks for sharing!!
"lots of day hikers out today", "hope we get out of this bubble soon" - too funny! IIRC, in one of your early videos you commented about wishing you had been making videos all along - I wish you had as well! Thanks for a fun perspective of the trail, it real makes me antsy - hoping to be out there for 2018
Glad you showed Van & some time with us Canucks...poutine even. My heart sank when you were eyeing up Japanese beers, when our local craft brews are so killer :) Truly enjoyed following your vid journey Zach. Your attitude and insights were unique & entertaining. Thx for sharing the trail.
Trust me when I said I had more local beers than non local. Cambie had a lot on tap. Anyway, thanks for watching! Making videos, reflecting, having all this on record was a blast.
Yeah pretty cool that you showed manning park. Most stop. I grew up in Seattle but spent most my weekends in Vancouver playing hockey in the suburbs. It is THE BEST CITY ON EARTH. I hope u got to check out the first nations museum at stanley park. And the CCHQ lounge.
I found your videos through Reddit when they posted your 27 burgers, got hooked ever since. Always looked forwarded to your videos so please don't turn into a ghost. Happy early New Years Zach! ps; that clock is ran by steam, pretty famous around the locals. Thanks for coming to our city! Good thing before you left before it started raining and snowing in the Metro Vancouver area!
I live about 2 hours NE of Manning park. I've been in that restaurant countless times and I even stayed there for an outdoor rec trip one time with school! Hoping to do the pct one day.
You all pretty much pushed the envelope of finishing the PCT late season. I mean to image what was going on out there in WA two weeks later than your finish. I have to say Its a seat of your pants finish LoL!

Great seeing the end of your trip, especially the stuff after the terminus! (People hardly ever show that.)
Congrats once again and welcome home!
Ken La Salle great times with friends off trail. Bumped into a lot of hikers randomly around the city too.

So did you see any cameras or any park rangers in manning park or at the border?
Thank's for sharing.
my pleasure... now i get to look back and relive the trail
Amazing accomplishment, man.
Now, why not try listening to some music by Todd Snider?
What's next on the trail list, Zach?
lots on my mind... gotta work some before another hike though
Why has he not posted in over 3 years???
Did you need a passport to get out of there?
ya need a passport to get through customs. also had to get a re-entry permit from Canada approved before hiking... no one ever checked that.
This would have made the trail a lot easier.
