Good to see you back! I had surgery for an umbilical hernia last year that kept me off the board for a while so I know how you feel! Idk much about inguinal hernias but I was told no skateboarding for 3 months so if you're back in 4 weeks I'd definitely try to take it easy for a while! Stay safe dude 👊
