Harvey had no life ripping people off but I mean, he should’ve just done it to Phelan and at least everyone got their Money back in the end and Phelan was worse than Vinny and Vinny didn’t kill Michael.
It wasn't the pointing of the gun; it was the fact he didn't fire it and kill Pat. Pat was always going to kill him - that's why he said "I'll set you free" and "you'll get out of here", not "you'll go back to the Street". After shooting him, Andy could've even framed Pat for Vinny's murder but he would probably have been too psychologically messed up to contemplate it.
