- Today i listened to Low Roar and their song 'Don't Be So Serious'. This was the first time i'd heard the band and i really liked the vibe of this song and how well it was constructed. Are you a Low Roar fan? let me know if there are other songs you want me to react to by these guys

So devastating that the lead singer and artist just passed away. His music is really engrossing; it just lulls you.
I love so many of the band's songs: Easy Way Out, Half Asleep, I'm Leaving, Bones, Give Me an Answer, Waiting (10 Years), Gosia, Miserably, and Everything to Lose. His most famous one is called "I'll Keep Coming", which was featured on a highly anticipated video game's first trailer.
The way this song came in within minutes of the game starting... pure absolute fucking genius. One moment you're like "oh I can jump... yeah pick that up..". The song comes in quiet and you almost think it's just like a game soundtrack. You've started heading towards your destination and it starts raining, just as Ryan's voice pipes up with "Rain..."
Instant immersion. I went from controlling a character to feeling like I was a person in the game.
I've been listening Low Roar for almost 10 years, since first concert in Poznań, where he played solo for around 40 People and tickets were for 5 dollars.
Month ago my heart broke, when news about Ryan passing away came out.
Ryan made music almost purely alone, after second album he started bringing two other guys on tours to make more wide and full expierience. Been on 5 concerts, each was different, each was amazing.
Your Sigur Ros vibe is not far from truth, first album he fully recorded in his apartament in Reykjavik.

I'm glad you liked it, Tommy. Honestly, I don't know a lot about them either. I know some of their songs because they were included in a video game named Death Stranding. As soon as I heard this song in the game I fell in love with it and I've been listening to it very often ever since. Not all the songs I've heard from them sound this good, to be honest, but another one I'd suggest would be "I'll Keep Coming." And the lyric videos of that one do actually have the correct lyrics, so that's good.
