My favorite part is always at the end when everyone is eating the food you just made. Thank you for that!! 😂 plus the bloopers - cut the loud noise for my sensitive ears though. The rest of the video - just perfect 👌 I cannot wait to try this recipe. 😃😃 Thanks for the email. Bravo 👏
Jalapeño is pronounced 'Hala-pen-yo. ' J is always silent in Spanish.... Being from Texas we would also use Cilantro in a Pico de Gallo using Serrano Peppers. These peppers are very nice for this...love your recipes. Thanks for sharing.
Yum. Always lookin for new flavours. My Hubby is allergic to dairy and came across your channel. Love your stuff. My Son on the other hand is allergic to cashews what would be a good substitute for them please.
Hi there again from Texas..just remembering how delicious the food was at the Genius Cafe Bali (not to mention the terrific atmosphere and gorgeous evenings). Wondering how things were going there and in Bali overall? You mentioned to me an interesting ingredient in the Guacamole....I believe it was pomegranate? Can you confirm please. Look forward to being able to travel again...whenever that might be? This Vegan Queso is really terrific. Again thanks for sharing.
Hi hi! Thank you. Everything is still on halt here. Come visit again when the borders open! Anyhoo - yup, it's pomegranate and here is the recipe if you need it - RECIPE 4 avocados 2 limes, juiced 1/2 bunch of coriander 1 pomegranate (the juicy sweet little seed bubbles of glory inside) 1/2 tsp cumin Some Jalapeño (fresh) 1 spring onion A little garlic salt & pepper 1 cup of #gratitude
Cynthia, hi from Petra. I can't see your video, its blocked out and l only see a picture of your hands, but not you in your video, l can only hear you, but not see you, only a picture of your hands while you are talking, did something happen here? 🤔 Petra.

There are a bazillion videos showcasing recipes and the chefs behind their making, but I only tune in with regularity to YOURS! I love you and your videos. I love your love of food. And I love that you care so much about our health. You do you. I support you and enjoy you so much, I don't think (?) it would matter. But! The music - the whole way through, not just louder at the end - does not work for me. It distracts. It competes. It dilutes your beautiful voice. Please consider eliminating it so we can fully enjoy your passion.
@@tammymcleod4504 I do not curse and I don't think it is appropriate in this setting. It effects me to the extent that I would prefer not to hear it. I don't plan to get used to it and I have a feeling that even some Aussie would not be happy with you inferring that EVERYONE in Australia curses.
@@cynthiawpowell I agree with you. Love Chef Cynthia and her recipes, but in this setting, the cursing is unnecessary. We need to raise the bar higher rather than continually lowering it. Plus, the background music could go. Just sayin' ... 😁

Macadamia nuts soaked and rinsed the same way would work
Sunflower seeds if he can have, soak overnight and rinse well.

@@ChefCynthiaLouise Thanks. Very kind to send recipe....see you in Bali when the plague finishes doing whatever it's going to do.
One of my favorite recipes, so good! Smoky paprika is fantastic. One request? Maybe lower the music towards the end??...it's louder then Chef. :-(
Noted!
I agree the music is distracting

If you're using a browser, clear your browser history and cache - it helps. But if you're using UA-cam app, check if it's updated. x

Hi Kristin! my heart is full from your kind words. Much love to you and thank you! Noted on your suggestion.
I like your recipes....why so much cursing?
Why not? Everyone curses these days. Does it REALLY affect you??? Plus the fact... she's Australian. We Aussies swear A LOT. Get used to it.
