Placing Queen on C2 was a good move, i've used it quite often and it just screws my opponent over as well as the knight is threatening H7 and F7 for the king to get out. Really good plays, i love the game of chess, it's a faschinating game with a lot of strategics and methods for the win.
Nice video! At 24:44 I think knight f3 is a slightly better move as you still get the discovered attack on the queen while also attacking his knight on e5 (which he can't defend)
All in all a good game, I think your plan of sacrificing your knight with 14. Nxf7 or Nxh7 is good. This way youre not blocking in pieces and keeping and attacking threat active. Also, if you've created an attack on the opponents king, don't waste your time on pawn play etc., keep attacking!
I think the idea of e6 to allow fxe6 is a generally not very strong. Yes, it opens a diagonal towards his King, but it opens his Rook for absolutely free. If anything, sometimes that F pawn being traded off can be better as it open files of attack towards the other king or just the back rank in general. Playing Kh1 is a good prophylactic move to cover the weakness.

Dido was actually right, if you take the bishop on b4, they can throw an inbetween check on d1 taking your Queen and forcing you to capture. Also, queen a4 check after taking the bishop if they don't do this inbetween queen exchange and instead recapture with the knight will not work as the knight can return to block on c6. So you won't win a piece.
19:30 i wouldve played pawn to h4 protecting the knight while giving him the pawn as a sacrifice for the check in one the move u played knight to e4 blocked the sight of the queen and minimized its strength i just think it was a great play to do

25:14 best move would be to sacrifice the rook on f6 and if the pawn captures you fork the king and the queen
