i am sure it is a great boat, but i dont like the trend of having tons of big lateral square windows. i like more the traditional look .

eloyex Sunseeker aren't really a traditionalist brand. The big windows allow much more natural light into the cabins. I think most people would appreciate that if they were on a boat of this size for more than a day or two. If it's just the external appearance that you dislike, a white tinting film could be an easy workaround.

Perhaps you can answer this question. Why the need for well lit cabins? You're going to bed at night. In the morning you leg it up to the salon for coffee and breakfast and much better views.

jjaus Except if its grey and damp outside. Then I'd rather stay down in the dining area next to the galley and read the morning paper in peace.

Totally agree, a cabin is a private space, the large squared windows as in mid 2000s and bigger port holes for the forward was enough. The large tinted glass surface converts to (plus) more sun which transforms into more heat in these cabins. That equals more generator use to cool the cabins. Also your privacy is screwed.

PowerYacht You do realize basically every window can be covered by (electrically operated or not) shades? Thats like a very basic feature on any yacht, every window has shades.
Also if youre going to be using AC to cool the cabins, youre pretty much always going to be using the genset anyway, regardless of windows or shade. I dont know how big the battery sets are on luxury yachts 50-80 feet, and how much more battery power you can install either at the factory or retrofit, so I'm hesitant to say whether you could run the AC all night with just battery power or not.

What a ugly piece of crap.
All the new boats with their MODERN lines look like shit.
I prefer the classic lines of year's past.

Then get an American yacht like a Hargrave or a hatteras that’s all
