- The world premiere of "Shark Tank", a brand new song that Snarky Puppy will be recording this December. This took place at the Neighborhood Theatre in Charlotte, NC on June 18, 2015.

This was so amazing. I traveled from Idaho to see this. Not a single regret.
Keith Lambson I haven't seen them yet, but I plan on doing the same soon: a nice little road trip to somewhere new & see Snarky Puppy.
It was totally worth it. I promise you won't regret it.
+BabylonMister I've not seen them yet either. They played a show near-ish to me a couple months back, but nobody would go with me! Haven't got any fusion-loving friends or family unfortunately.
Saw them at The Art of Cool in April, then here in Charlotte in June. Quickly becoming my favorite jazz group!

Here's another version, recorded live in May 2015 in Chicago. I was at this performance, and stood probably 1-2 people behind the person taking the video. I didn't know it was being recorded, but I'm so grateful it was. It is a killer performance. Ridiculous.
SP recorded this in the studio, but only released it as a 10" vinyl single for sale on RSD, maybe 7 years ago. It is VERY hard to find, they didn't press too many copies. Otherwise, all we have is a few youtube videos from fans who saw it live and taped it.
I wish they'd bring this tune back into their rotation. It is killer AF.

According to the wiki page for the new Culcha Vulcha album, this track isn't on it! Anyone know if the name got changed or something? I transcribed this tune from this video for my graduate recital and I really want to hear the studio version...
+Tim Stanton, according to Justin Stanton Shark Tank will be available on the deluxe version of Culcha Vulcha.
Tim Stanton when they played it in February in Atlanta, mike said it was only available on the Japanese import version of the cd
